**Update after receiving furniture!**…read more I wanted to follow up on my original review now that our furniture has arrived and is in place and I'm happy to say that the final product exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, Andi was great to work with. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and she was always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer questions or talk through the details. What started as a somewhat general idea for a curved sofa turned into exactly what I was hoping for, thanks in large part to her collaboration! Now that we have the finished furniture, the quality of the workmanship really stands out. The metalwork is beautiful, the upholstery is very well done, and everything feels solid, substantial, and built to last. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exactly what I was hoping for when I first visited the showroom. And the final product looks **fantastic** around the fire pit. The curved design fits the space perfectly and really brought the whole area together. It's always nice when a great design experience translates into an equally great finished product. Patio Picasso delivered on both. I'm extremely happy with the furniture, the quality, and the entire experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality custom outdoor furniture, custom pillow and custom covers.

The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences.

Hamid, the owner, took the time to customize the furniture for our space, which includes many areas to entertain: a covered patio with a TV, a pool, a view deck with gas fire pit, and patio with a wood-burning fire pit. He first met us at our home, as the backyard landscape was under construction. He listened to what we had in mind, made suggestions and measured our spaces. We then met him at his spacious showroom and discussed the furniture options. We sat on different style sofas and chairs. My husband and I are tall with long legs, so Hamid designed our sofas' seat height a little higher to fit us comfortably. We selected our furniture frame color and Sunbrella fabrics and within a short time, he and his staff gave us a presentation with colored renderings that included measurements, fabric choices and pricing. The products are all made to order by his company. The metal frames are heavy, extremely durable and custom powder coated to withstand the Arizona sun. We chose a Sunbrella fabric with a tight weave so a swipe of a wet cloth removes the dust. The comfortable cushions are attached with sturdy velcro straps, which withstand our canyon's high wind. The tops of our tables are made of Dekton, which is similar to quartz and highly durable, not to mention very beautiful. CC Patio staff delivered and set up our furniture as promised. Hamid's attention to detail and functionality is fabulous. Each of our entertaining areas required unique pieces (sofas, chase lounges, chairs, benches, end tables, drink tables, a dining table with bar stools). Our furniture is coordinated, but not the same in each area. This is something we could not achieve at a retail store. We are extremely happy with our CC Patio furniture and highly recommend them! Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.

After being told "no and please do not ask again" the first two times, the seller relinquished the chairs, couch and fire pit on our third attempt and my wife and I were thrilled because the pieces were way above the quality of the big box stores and they fit perfectly in our yard. Regarding the furniture itself, the iron is solid, heavy duty and the welds look overdone (to my eye). The finish is clean and stylish and holds up to the desert heat and cold. While my folks were in town to visit our new home we stumbled upon the Phoenix location and met with Justin who listened to our excitement about the pieces we got and answered our questions about the other items we hoped to replace. My mom ended up ordering 2 lounges as a house warming gift (to replace the ones we did not acquire with the home) and Justin made the sales process very friendly and easy going (he stayed past closing to finish our paperwork). This week the delivery showed up right on time and the two lounges look fantastic. As it turned out our cushions were made with the wrong color but the delivery guys noticed right away that the old and new cushions did not match and they said "don't worry, we'll take care of it. Enjoy these cushions for now and we'll replace them in a week." Everything they said they would do, they did. My experience with the product and everyone working for Arizona Iron Furniture has been totally positive, pleasurable and professional. The breakdown: - style: appealing, plenty of options, fun - quality: solid, rugged, heavy duty, durable - sales: friendly, easy going, accommodating - service: punctual, professional and courteous - warranty: logical, reasonable - cost: expense, HOWEVER, you are getting what you pay for - high quality, extreme durability and great service. Thanks to Joe and Iron Creation our outdoor living is as good as a 5 star resort ! My wife and I first started with a couch and chairs in our covered patio area about thirty months ago. The furniture was so nice that it got us really excited to expand our patio. We expanded in two phases. Phase one included a bar and gas grill as well as a dining area with a gas fireplace as well as a gas fire pit. This was placed on the side of our house outside of the kitchen. Now the area needed furnishing so off to Iron Creation we went. While discussing what we were interested in with a sales person Joe introduced himself to us as the owner. By my request Joe allowed me to deal directly with him. We ordered a large dining table with an umbrella and six dining chairs. Approximately eight weeks later our BEAUTIFUL patio dining furniture was delivered. Months later we ordered bar stools as well as a gliding chair and table for the outdoor chef (me). At my request Joe said he would create a new design for a lighter weight chair to easily move around our fire pit. We were so pleased with Iron Creation as well as ourselves that we dove straight into phase two by extending our back yard patio. Once complete Joe built us two king gliders with a table and matching umbrella as well as a pair of chaise lounge recliners with a table and matching umbrella. Appoximately eight weeks later the furniture arrived and my wife and I thought we were in HEAVEN ! I called to personally thank Joe and he informed me that he had a new design for the fire pit chairs. Once I saw the it I ordered six of them ! I was told it would take about ten weeks and approximately ten weeks later the chairs arrived two days ago. EVERYTHING IRON CREATION BUILT IS BEAUTIFUL !!! I had a chance over the last year to come to Phoenix for work a few times. My first trip was last fall. We had recently purchased our house in Colorado and wanted some high quality patio furniture. We looked at what the big box stores had and looked online and couldn't find what we really wanted. After looking at the different stores in the Phoenix area I realized that in Colorado we simply didn't have anyone selling handmade, high quality, durable iron patio furniture and you guys have multiple stores. (However, if you come to Colorado, we have cannabis stores and you don't!) I spent a number of days driving around looking at my options. And then I met Gary and Joe. They understood my situation and that I wanted to leave Phoenix at the end of the week with some furniture. Gary spent a good junk of time with me as I sorted out what I needed. By the end of that trip I left with a small patio set from Iron Creation. We loved our first chairs so much when I had a chance to be back in the Phoenix area I gave Iron Creation a call. We had everything setup and ready for me when I came into town. There was a little confusion in the order and once Joe realized it he did everything he needed to to make it right. WOW!!!!!! JUST WOW!!!!!!!! I am so glad we purchased from Joe and Gary at Iron Creations. It does not get any better. Lets just say my wife and I spent weeks searching and looking at numerous places for the perfect patio set to meet our requirement's. The 4 week wait was well worth it. People do your research, these people do what they say they will do and the furniture looks beautiful, Other places over promise and under perform, we prefer the under promise and over perform and that is what we got. You can drive all over the valley and or you can spend days in the internet just as we did, why waste your time, GO SEE JOE AND GARY and save yourself the time and hassle of driving all over. Why would you buy online and wait for delivery and then be unhappy as the furniture you thought you were getting is not what showed up, now you need to box it back up and send it back, does not sound like fun. Make the call or the stop at Iron Creation and eliminate all the BS that goes along with shopping for great quality furniture. These guys will take care of you, be patient however as they are busy, FYI, there is a reason they are busy, they do great work. MAKE THE CALL. After shopping for 2 years for patio furniture I came upon Iron Creations. I was most impressed with their product, my son was along and he checked out the ball bearings used in the bar stools and said they are what I should have. I was a bit unsure of buying from such a small company. I did go across the street to their competitors only to find the same product but a higher price. The owner, Joe was very nice and accommodating. I brought my husband back a few days later and they worked with us and our measurements. We got a beautiful custom made high top table and 4 bar stools for less money than the big box store. I believe the quality of this set is wonderful and will last us a lifetime. It was refreshing to work with people who are truly interested in getting you the product you want. It was an added bonus to pick our own fabric for the cushions. They have many patterns to choose from. When they delivered the set we did have a few problems.. the cushions were not wide enough and we didn't care for the finish on the tabletop. LOOK... NO.... FURTHER!! I had shopped around for patio furniture for several months, looking at high-end stores as well as your "basic" builder supply stores. I was then introduced to Joe at Iron Creation, and in a matter of an hour or less, we had the plans on paper and the cost "ironed" out! I ordered a complete patio setting of 2 sofas, 2 club chairs (with swivel and glider), a coffee table with granite top, a bench with cushioned seating around fire pit and 3 chaise lounges. All handcrafted in metal AND MADE FROM 2" X 3" TUBING, NOT THE FLIMSY STUFF! Sunbrella material throughout and cushions of very high density foam that kept you from sinking into the seat. Color choices galore for fabric and Joe's ideas of style and design proved he knows what he's doing. All furniture arrived as scheduled and delivered to home with set up and placement done professionally and with care. What a great experience to have gone through. Excellent craftsmanship, selection and design of metal, and high end materials used.......ALL AT PRICES THAT WILL FLOOR YOU!!! Stopped by Iron Creations a few weeks back looking for replacement cushions for an existing patio set, but after speaking with Joe and looking at the patio furniture in the showroom decided to purchase a new patio set. Well the experience has exceeded all expectations, the quality and craftsmanship of the sofa and chairs we purchased is outstanding and has really stepped up the appearance and the enjoyment of our back yard. I know this custom built set will last a lifetime and in comparison shopping with other outdoor furniture dealers know we got a very good deal. But more impressive than the quality and value of the furniture was the pleasure of working with Joe and his team. We just purchased our new custom made BEAUTIFUL patio furniture from Iron Creation and we are extremely pleased. They are professional and very helpful. They were even able to finish our furniture in about a weeks time which is unheard of in this business (all custom -- love seat, two chairs, a granite top coffee table, four bar stools sized to our height and a high top granite table). They use "Sunbrella" fabrics which are colorful and durable. They won't fade in the Arizona sun and will likely last for the next ten years. The fabric looks "rich" and the design is entirely unique. And perhaps most important, the furniture is reasonably priced. Working with Joe and Gary was a pleasure. They are very attentive, have great advice regarding design and are experienced professionals. You know you are in good hands when dealing with these two. We remodeled our backyard earlier this year. Upon doing so we realized we needed to upgrade our patio furniture. We checked several different patio furniture companies before being referred to Iron Creations. Wow what a great company. Joe and his family are good honest small business operators and I really like the fact that the business is located at 17th Street and Washington. We purchased a love seat, two club chairs, two chase loungers and six rotating bar stools. They quoted 6-8 weeks to manufacture the furniture from scratch. 6 weeks later they called to schedule our delivery. The furniture arrived and it exceeded our expectations. The construction was outstanding and the furniture is beautiful. We even received free upgraded furniture covers, something we weren't expecting but were very appreciative to receive. We had been shopping for patio furniture in the Phoenix area when we happened upon Iron Creations, a family owned and operated business smaller than the large operation up the street. We were in the market for a couple of chaises, coffee & end tables. In addition, we had a vision of a custom loveseat/chaise combination. Joe had never built the piece we wanted but assured us that he could design and craft one. He and his talented staff were very easy to work with. We recently purchased three loveseats with a coffee table and a dining table with two swivel/rocker chairs, three side chairs and a bench seat for our new patio. It is truly beautiful and top notch quality! Everything is custom built to your specs and the array of Sunbrella fabrics available is expansive. I could not find anything remotely as nice as this for the prices found with Joe at Iron Creation. I looked everywhere... online, Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, other custom shops and could not beat Joe's prices for such amazing product. My only advice is for you to go in with a good idea of what you need... we weren't very knowledgeble and there were corrections made after the fact to get exactly what we wanted. Joe was very easy to work with on making sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We spend more time in our outdoor living space than we had even imagined. read more

The best outdoor furniture warranty in Arizona for sure. I bought my furniture about 4 years ago and noticed some fading on the fabric and a few other small things. I brought in the affected pieces and the owner, Joe, immediately wrote them up for replacement at no cost to me. One of the pieces they replaced on site and I was able to take home the same day. Their response and reaction was by far the best customer service I've had in any shop that I have done business with. In my experiences I expected to have to slightly haggle to get them to honor the fabric warranty, which turned out to be the total opposite. Buy with confidence at Iron Creation knowing that your money doesn't go to waste with their furniture and their solid warranty. Five stars is the most you can give, but I wish I could have given more! Joe could easily write a book or give classes on "Customer Service." He isn't just a business owner, he's a business owner that cares about his customers. We have an outdoor swing that I love. I called upholsterer after upholsterer. One gentleman told me to just buy a new swing. I emailed pictures of our swing to Joe and asked if he thought it was worth it or if I should just buy a new one. Joe said the iron work on the swing was well worth keeping ( if anyone should know about iron work it's Joe) and told me "We can make this happen for you." I am beyond happy with my swing! It is even better than when we bought it new. It's more comfortable and beautiful than I ever imagined it could be. Honestly, I can't say enough about Joe and his company. read more

We had an excellent experience with our patio furniture purchase! We ordered a large amount of furniture, a couch, 2 swivel chairs, 3 bar stools, 3 48"x42" tables and a total of 12 chairs to go around them as well as custom covers for all. The furniture was ready well ahead of schedule! There was a little misunderstanding with the "custom" covers, specifically for the tables, as they were far too big. Joe explained there was one cover template and it was made for the standard bigger table. But when I expressed my concern that the covers then were not "custom", he sent their seamstress out the very next day to measure and made a template for my tables and created true custom covers for them and brought them out, all in the same day! We plan to go back soon to by a table/fire pit. Excellent service. read more

Wow, I have been looking for patio furniture. I looked at Costco, American Home Furnishing, and on the internet. i was driving down Washington St. near downtown Phoenix and saw this amazing furniture on display. It was in front of this furniture manufacturing store call Iron Creation. Come to find out they custom make patio furniture to your liking. I met this very nice gentleman name Joe. He showed be me different type of furniture around the showroom. Wow, he had some nice stuff. We discussed a custom set for my outdoor patio area. He custom made the design, fabric and the pillows. I have been looking around for patio furniture for a while. Those of you that have done the same know how expensive quality patio furniture is. I drove by Iron Creation this summer and stopped in. Their furniture is high quality and looks great, but wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Joe and he offered to build exactly what I was looking for. The cost was pretty close to what every other shop was selling their standard furniture for. The furniture was delivered when they said it would. I did discover that the ottoman was mistakenly made smaller than I wanted. Joe told me to use the ottoman until he could fabricate another one of the correct size. That is excellent customer service. I was so amazed at how honest and helpful the owner Joe was. Not only did I get an honest price on my chair, but he also delivered it the same day. I honestly have never left a review for any company before but Iron Creations is really an ethical small business with amazing products and amazing customer service. They delivered on customer service and workmanship like you do not see from most outfits these days....they absolutely went above and beyond to help me choose beautiful sunbrella fabrics that would coordinate with the colors I was looking for.....they suggested pieces and custom sizes that would work best, given their vast experience and choices. If you appreciate a good, extremely honest family owned business then you have found the right place. We stopped in one day because of a piece of furniture they had sitting in front of their shop. We spoke with Joe and one of his sons and didn't think about going anywhere else. We spoke to him about the vision we had for our back yard...he very respectively gave us guidance on colors and his ideas knowing what our end goal was. I would have to return home to measure. She was cheerful and helpful. She told me the fabric was treated and stain resistant. I was looking at a bottle of red liquid and ask her what that was. She told me it was red dye. I asked her for a demonstration. She poured some liquid on the cushion and rubbed it. Then she grabbed a clean cloth and rubbed the stain so that it virtually disappeared. Amazing! The cushions were pricey and had a decent warranty well worth the purchase. We will think on this. Shared parking lot.
