Excellent, changed my life! Dr Maturo patiently worked with me, adjusting my perimenopause…read morebioidentical hormones, until all my bad symptoms were gone. Then she again worked with me after I hit menopause, for more adjustments. I feel great, feel like myself again! It is worth the process, but may take a few rounds of checking your bloodwork (my insurance covered lab work), but have patience with the process. And be sure to tell Dr M ALL your symptoms, for me, anxiety was a huge one that my levels weren't quite right. Dr M can only help you FULLY if you're honest with ALL your symptoms! There is no shame in sharing everything! Please read the book by Suzanne Somers, "I'm too Young for This," all about perimenopause and menopause. I would have never associated my increased anxiety with hormone changes if it weren't for that book! And that book's Forever Health website led me to Dr Maturo.

I gained a ton of weight from a medicine I was on and just felt like garbage! Now, I can feel myself getting back to normal, which is great! I am always seen on time and feel like I am a priority to them. Both the doctor and her staff answer whatever questions I have (in great detail!) and are kind, supportive and helpful! There is also the cutest, most well behaved rescue dog on site, which is really quite wonderful! :) Whether I am there to see the doctor, or just the MA, I never feel rushed, nor do I ever sit and wait to be seen. They treat me with the utmost care and concern; going to Maturo Medical is one of the best decisions I have ever made, in regards to my health and well being.

My husband and I both go to this location for weekly fat burner shots and their protein bars (which…read moretaste way better than any regular store ones I've tried). I have done the RM3 program more than once and am now on their new program (Revolex) for Semaglutide. The office has always been super friendly and clean. I think for those that are upset about the program, depending on what you pick depends on the recommendation. With RM3 you will have an extreme calorie restricted diet, I can confirm it works if you follow it and I can confirm that it is below the recommended standards of 1200 calories a day but varies depending on your current weight. I decided to try the new Revolex plan because I enjoy working out and other healthy stuff I've already incorporated into my life, and this plan allows me to do those (RM3 restricts exercise because of calorie restrictions being so extreme). I am 2 1/2 weeks in on the new plan and have lost 11lbs, but this includes exercising at least 5 times a week, and eating healthy. I am sure I would've lost more but I have gone slightly off the meal plan (which is low carb) because I use oat milk for my coffee and occasionally eat multi-grain toast with breakfast. You also have to be honest with yourself, did the program really NOT work? Or did you not track your foods properly or drink enough fluids/exercise as recommended? Given that I've done two programs and seen results with both, I'd say personal accountability is lacking in some reviews. My husband has also done a different program than the two I did and saw great results (his included carbs btw!). I can't speak to the virtual visits but do agree the wait times for seeing a provider can be a bit long, however, they don't seem any longer than a normal doctor's office and the providers have actually read my chart before entering the room which is a nice change from regular doctor's offices.

System/process works. Reverex seems to work just as well as RM3 but at a lower price point and is…read morefar more compatible with my life style.

I've lost 100 lbs since January 4th of last year - I actually hit that milestone on November 27th,…read more2011 (2 days after my birthday... what an amazing gift!). I have another 50 lbs to go until I reach my goal. There are a number of staff at the MF Location in Chandler - there aren't Medifast Centers in Tucson, so I drive up every other week for my 'counseling' session... where I weigh in, get measured, and talk to the girls about how my week or two has been. Have to admit the holidays were rough -- MF is a low-carb (not insanely low-- a la Atkins), low-fat (healthy fats are allowed), low-sodium (seriously, the first 2 weeks I lost 22 lbs, and I know a lot of that was from retaining so much liquid with the high sodium diet that is standard in the USA), and high-protein meal-replacement plan. 5 MF meals and one "lean and green" meal that is real food. The meals are all carb/protein balanced, and the food charts for the Lean & Green are based on carb counts of the foods - which can help make decisions about what to eat if the weight loss has slowed down for some reason. Medifast has been around for 25 years, and used to be liquid shakes only... they've improved the food offerings 1,000%! There's oatmeal, really good bars, brownies, soups, chili, sloppy joe, puddings, soft serve ice cream type stuff, crackers, puffed rice snacky things, and snacky "meals" that take the place of potato chips and snack foods along those lines. I love the program. I love the girls at the office... but I call them girls because I don't believe any of them have had the life experience to truly be 'counseling' me, an over-40, overweight-the-last-twenty-years-of-my-life, eat-because-of-every-reason-but-hunger woman. They have degrees in Nutrition or Dietetics (sp?) from 4-year universities -- which is awesome... I just wish they had a few more employees who know what it is like to live life at over 200 lbs. This is the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5-star rating. Between the food and the accountability - I have lost 100 lbs. Which is still amazing for me to say out loud, let alone believe :-)

I got my blood tested and met with Dr. Julie to go over the results... $300 later or close to it. I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!
