OVERPRICED. In my experience, their transfer fee was $100, while other local stores I contacted…read morecharged around $40. Also, I ordered a Springfield rifle through them that came with a free Hellcat Pro pistol. I was charged tax on the promotional pistol. When I asked why, I was initially told it was sales tax, and later the explanation changed to use tax. I don't believe either explanation was correct. The promotion was advertised in the store as a buy-one-get-one-free offer, and I had already paid approximately $200 in tax on the rifle purchase. From my understanding, I should not have been charged an additional $64 for the promotional firearm. I have purchased several firearms from this store over The last few months, but this experience changed my opinion. After paying higher transfer fees and then dealing with what I believe was an incorrect tax charge, I won't be doing business here again. I hope the extra $64 was worth losing a repeat customer.

Knowing I have a LOT of practice needed to gain command of proper techniques, I'm already more confident in CCW because I understand the context and procedure to concealed carry and the optimal approach. Now it's time to practice, practice, practice and perfect. Thank you Clark!

The first two years I lived in a property managed by Westlake Associates, Inc I never got a single…read moreresponse from phone calls. Never was I called back, not once. The only way to get anything done is through an app. A few days ago I caught the property manager in the building (rare) and introduced myself (he sent a surrogate when I first looked at the unit - a neighbor who creeped me out. I explained my windows leak and my electric bills were outrageous. To their credit, they got someone to schedule a repair right away and told me Monday (today). I said that works - only because I requested the day off work already to recover from the eight hour drive from my mother's funeral. I waited all morning and no repair man. I called the repairman and got no response. Then I received an email saying it was scheduled for TOMORROW, even though I have a voicemail saying it was today. I explained I HAVE to be present during the repair because I have an elderly cat that will get lost if he gets out. Because they're removing the windows at ground level this is a likely scenario. If you rent from Westlake Associates Inc, just know you exist only to enrich THEM. Your schedule, your life means nothing to them. They honestly treat people like commodities. I'm super irritated I may have to lose money and take another day off work to get this necessary repair done. They likely don't want to pay someone extra to come out on a weekend even though these landlords are all millionaires. What can Westlake Associates do to improve? Return phone calls, have effective communication with their maintenance crew and relay information to their tenants. Also, they will need to pay someone to clean up the "humanure"around the building because I am DONE doing it for them. There's new human poop around the building every month. I'm the only one cleaning it up.
