Didn't use the range, but needed to dispose of some old ammo. Called ahead and the staff was informative, and answered my questions. Day of the drop off was quick, less than 5 mins in store, and no issue with unboxed ammo. If I'm in the area again, will check out the range as it seemed really spacious. There's considerable parking in front too. read more

What an experience it was , amazing place to visit with friends . They provide rental equipment and you can choose the rifle as per your choice. Staff is very patient and friendly and will guide you with steps and precautionary measure to be taken. read more

I had signed up for a safety gun course and got a call on a Sunday less than 24 hours before hand letting me know instructor cancelled class. After calling back to reschedule when they already took my money they didn't have anything for the next two weeks. I ask for a refund and they take my card information AGAIN and when I ask for a confirmation or email or a copy of anything I was told I had to drive and come pick it up they had no way of sending me anything. So here I am wasting my time some more driving to Bellevue for a receipt. read more

Wow. This is a great place to shop and to shoot. Their store has a wide selection of pretty much everything you could ever need and the staff behind the counter are both knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my first Beretta there over twenty years ago. (Sadly, I don't own that one any longer...sold it to a friend many years ago.) Now they didn't have the Kimber I was interested in when I came in, but it is a fairly rare Custom model for anyone to have in stock, and I was still very impressed with what they did have to offer. Likewise, the range has the largest selection of firearms of any I've been to in Washington State...and the staff there are equally as courteous as their shop counterparts. Of course, like any firing range you'll need to sign a waiver form in order to shoot there, but the process is totally digital and a breeze to fill out on one of their tablet kiosks. If you plan to bring your own firearm make sure it is fully unloaded including all magazines. (A bit of a hassle I know if you do EDC but not an unreasonable one.) Getting nostalgic here. I remember when this place was called Wade's Eastside and it was the place I first trained at. I'm happy to say they are just as good now as they were back then. Actually, no they're not...they're even better! Lastly, I don't know who was in charge of the music at the store and range...but I am a headbanger and it was totally RAD! Can't speak to the classes or store, but the range has been nothing but a wonderful experience for me so far. Bought membership, which was extremely inexpensive and gives you access to the 75' members bay. The "furniture" and cosmetics of the place are a bit run down and dated, but I haven't seen any safety problems tied to that. This is not one of those high end, glamorous shooting clubs or hard core tacti-cool operations with advanced live fire drills run by a burnt out, ex-military punisher. =) (Well, maybe some of that goes on upstairs or with classes - I wouldn't know.) Once in a while, I'll see inexperienced clusters of shooters heading towards trouble, even in the members bay, but the range officers are usually good at stepping in and correcting the situation. Looks like a combination of video cameras and a sense for those who may be trouble. read more

The staff are knowledgeable, the range is great. No complaints there. I did a ladies basic safety training recently, and as the title says, it mainly consists of basic safety information. Ample classroom time, but if you're looking for more of a 1 on 1 I think it probably would've been a better experience to have a private instructor for an hour - for just $25 more. Seriously one of my favorite places to be! In just six months of shooting here (and at all) I have gained so much confidence & comfort. This place puts safety first but everyone is always friendly! My nephew and I just did some plinking today. No matter who is behind the counter, they are always welcoming. We had some great conversation today, which made my nephew super comfortable. ASI - Last night, I attended ASI for the first time at Bellevue Indoor Range. Adam did an amazing job facilitating it! As a new shooting enthusiast, I was very intimidated. But Mandy and Adam welcomed me and put me at ease. I was chatting with someone afterwards, He shared that they introduced ASI for new gun owners who come in purchased a gun and two boxes of ammo and went home. ASI is intended to create a platform for people to learn how to be better gun owners and to learn how to shoot well under some stress. It was super fun! I've been shooting in this range for almost a year until the bad experience I had 10 days ago that made me decide I would never come back again. On that day, I brought a friend that was new to shooting. While she was in orientation, I left the ear plug and ear muff I prepared for my friend to one of the staffs, and went into the range to shoot. However, after we were all done, one staff insisted that the ear muff was theirs, and then all the staffs in the range at that time insisted the same, one of them even said he remembered picking that ear muff off their rack. I didn't know why he lied like that. How can he remember better than me when he is dealing with so many customers, and I'm only caring about my stuff?! They were so pushy and they sounded like I stole their ear muff! I explained that the ear muff was from the 4-hour safety class that I've taken November 2020, at time time COVID was bad and I was clearly told that the PPE(ear muff and eye protection) were new and we could keep them. However, they still insisted that they never gave ear muff to safety class students. In the end, I lost my ear muff. I didn't care about that, but what disappointed me so much is that I'd been shooting in this range for almost a year, spent hundreds and thousands of dollars and so much time here, but they still thought I'm lying on a $15 ear muff. I'll never come back or bring any friend to this range again. This incident makes me think that they do not have the basic respect to their customers. In their mind, whenever there's any issue, it's always customer's fault. read more

It's an exciting experience to take some gun shots here with my son. This is a great place with great people. Clean, organized with wide selection of guns at reasonable prices. Evan was so nice to give us the necessary orientation and took very good care of us. We enjoyed a wonderful time thanks to his patience and hands on instruction. Wish I could choose a negative review, but Yelp doesnt let me do that. :-) One of the staff members (thin, lanky, white male, didnt get their name) at the Bellevue Indoor Range was very rude and passed racist remarks at me. Despite their staff not sharing the proper, complete details for what I requested over the phone earlier, and their poor customer service, he was not apologetic at the slightest and continued being rude and racist towards us. Towards the end though, another nice member of the staff stepped in and was very cordial, was apologetic upfront and explained things to us more clearly. Thank you sir, for the way you responded to us. Overall though, I was very dissatisfied with the service because of how the first staff treated us. Based on my personal experience, I will ask people of color to look at other shooting range alternatives, if the aforementioned person is at the counter, so that they dont have to go through an experience like I did. read more

Sunday(05/14/2023)is Mother's Day, my boyfriend and I bought two long guns, ready to shoot guns, we bought members in this club.because we did not put down the guns in the yellow area to change guns, we were warned twice by the staff here, the reason is very simple. We are Chinese, our English is not good, but we love shooting, the last time, they let me have to leave, we know, come to this club to play with guns. We should strictly abide by the rules and regulations, but when we tell them that our English is not good, can we be called out of the shooting range and tell us patiently? I have told him that his English is not good. Please speak slowly until we are told to leave. Their attitude makes us feel so bad that we feel disrespected and discriminated against. It was a very happy Mother's Day. It was badly done by these staff, especially by a staff member named Derek. His attitude is that he has no patience. read more

I'm a member that's been coming here for a while and had good experiences - the staff are friendly and helpful when you have a problem. However, a few days ago I had called about reserving a private room, they told me that it's on a walk-in basis, and they are only open on weekends. When I arrived tonight to go rent a private room with my girlfriend (Who is a new shooter and isn't completely comfortable around guns yet), we were turned away because the private room was not open for a multitude of reasons, despite me being told over the phone that it would be. All in all, the staff are friendly, though whoever I talked to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful, and this entire thing ended up wrecking my plans for the evening. read more

6/5 stars. Everything was top notch. Special thanks to our instructor Darren who was the highlight of our visit. He checked us in and was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Darren's safety demonstrations and instructions were clear and very easy to understand while also making it fun and interesting. I was so happy when he did this my friends I took , there was 5 of us, we're not familiar with guns. Prices weren't too bad. We got lucky and came on ladies night where ladies were half off and we got to rent a civilian mp5 for free. Overall facilities were great. After shooting I guess my friend was interested in eventually getting her own gun. Darren was super helpful in answering any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

I was adjusting a red dot scope and was getting frustrated. 2 of the gentlemen whom work there came over and lent me their time, walked me through the process and get the scope perfect. I had a generally good experience here but they are not following Covid-19 safety protocols--not enforcing mask mandates or distancing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Private booths make it feel a bit safer--wouldn't have stayed otherwise since no one using the range had masks. read more

Although this is the only indoor range I have been and I don't know what other range is like, I have been here a couple of times and so far I really like it. The first time I can here was for a lesson and second time was here for practicing shooting with some friends. The class with Joe is really good, he gave group and private lesson and he is really patient and funny. I was very nervous around the gun at first, but after the class, I felt much more comfortable as he explained really well how gun works and what you need to look out for. The place is very clean, the stuffs are very friendly and the price is very reasonable. For both times I was there, there are lots of people practicing and it seems that they range from beginner like myself to experienced shooters. If you are looking to take some lessons, I certainly recommend here! read more

I'm new to the area so I thought I'd drop in to do some shooting. First thing I found is you're not allowed to bring in "pre-loaded" magazines, you need to load them on site so the can insure you are shooting brass ONLY. That completely turned me off, the last thing I want to do is load hundreds of rounds at the range when I can do it in the relative quiet of my home. The staff is friendly and helpful and the range is state of the art. I enjoyed my time there but just can't get beyond the whole loading on site thing. read more

Friendly staff and amazing selection of what they have. The reason for the 3 stars instead of the 5 is that when I called the staff about what gun selection they had and also if it was ok for myself to go and rent the guns they said not a problem. When I drove there which was a 45 minute drive the staff told me that I wouldn't be able to rent any guns since I was by myself. I know it's a Saturday and busy, but me wasting my time driving down and finding out I can't shoot was a bummer. The next reason I dropped another star was the sales staff was so into their own conversation and wouldn't really engage in me looking for something I wanted to buy when they had it in the case. I gave them about 30 minutes and they would show me guns but ignored me and just kept having their own pow wow. I ended up driving down south today and bought a gun from another reputable shop where I was treated properly and given the time of day. Sad that I gave this shop the first choice and they blew it. I enjoy supporting local and I guess the other shop won my business for now and future purchases. As a business owner myself I pride myself in me and my staffs customer service. Hopefully this changes for them in the future, but only time will tell. read more

just dont understand the basis of the other reviews. have been three times, all during the day around 4pm. same vibe, and not a great vibe. much better vibe over at west coast armory. the vibe here is one of not going out of there way to be either welcoming or helpful to people new to a range or shooting in general. the dudes behind the counter tend to mumble and be a bit dismissive. i understand this is a serious place and we are not at a party, but if you are a newbie, avoid this place for sure. probably a decent place for experienced people. read more

My partner and I recently purchased a firearm to carry with us when we are backpacking for self defense. I'm absolutely terrified of firearms and this was a huge step for me. We took the Basic Handgun Safety Class this past week and it was so informative. Our instructor, Adam, was extremely educated, patient, engaging, and kind. Half of the class was spent on the range and I was very nervous to partake as I've never shot a gun in my life. My anxiety was through the roof, but Adam went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and taking things at my own pace (after what feIt like a year, I finally shot one of the guns). I HIGHLY recommend Bellevue Indoor Range for any classes, but especially this class. Whether you are considering purchasing a firearm, generally curious about shooting, or even a person with experience, this class is imperative for being a safe and responsible gun owner. Went there for the first time about a week ago. Went back a few days later. I haven't been to a ton of ranges, just a few, but I'd bet this place is as good as it gets. Clean modern building, always multiple people right at the front desk who were answering questions, and a clean functional range. The second time I went was on a Tuesday, apparently Tuesday and Friday are "ladies day" as in my girlfriend got discounted admission. Prices were good, and on top of that they have 15+ ARs on the wall that they're completely willing to let you try for no cost if it's Tuesday or Friday, which surprised me. As long as you have the ammo, you can shoot from anything on the wall behind the front desk. Good place and I'll be back! For one range, 2 people, 3 targets, and one box of 9mm ammo (50) the total price was about $35 on that Tuesday. read more

I took the ladies basic handgun class and the marksmanship class here. Both classes were outstanding!! Adam was an amazing instructor - his classes were SO good. I was extremely happy when I found out the marksmanship class I had signed up for was also taught by him. I came out of both classes with more confidence, and I had improved tremendously with the great instruction. I've been to the range for practice several times and all the staff here are SO incredibly kind and helpful! Another gal behind the counter is always happy to give me advice and is super helpful with all my questions! They have really nice clean shooting bays as well! I have several friends who recommended this place, and they really enjoy coming here for practice also. I purchased my first ever gun (a Glock) at the shop next door, and when I went to the range to shoot it, I asked the range staff if they were easy to take apart to clean/lube. Adam was behind the counter and came over and showed me how to take it apart and what parts to clean and lube. That was above and beyond customer service that was hugely helpful to me - the staff are what will keep me coming back here, and I will likely purchase a membership soon! read more
