I called and spoke to Becky and told her what was going on who said this is not per their policy and not sure why he was doing this. I also spoke to Rocky. They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

Working with BluSky Restoration was a disaster from start to finish. The flooring job was botched…read moreso badly they had to tear it all out and start over because they drowned it in glue. That's not "professional," that's amateur hour. They didn't bother to protect our staircase, trashed the carpet, and then had to replace that too -- another mistake that could have been avoided with basic care. Communication was terrible, deadlines meant nothing, and our project manager was completely clueless the entire time. It felt like no one knew what they were doing or cared about the outcome. If you value your time, your home, or your sanity, STEER CLEAR of BluSky Restoration.

We suffered from a soft blockage in our main pipe in the basement back in January. Luckily, most of…read morethe sewage was retained in the unfinished portion of our basement with very little damage seeping into the finished portion. Still, any damage to the house is a blow and a huge inconvenience. Through our insurance company, we contacted United Services to initiate the clean up and restoration... We couldn't have made a better choice! We were assigned to Patrice who would end up being our Project Manager. He ensured that everything would be taken care of and provided us with a list of projects his team would be working on and when. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and found it convenient to contact him whenever we had a question. The work performed ranged from water mitigation services to reconstructing our basement (new dry wall, paint, new baseboards, padding, carpet). The team Patrice brought in performed high quality work and they were able to complete their projects on a timely basis, reducing the number of days my husband and I would need to be away from the office. These guys understand that this is your HOME and the time and care they put into it shows how much they care. Thank you for turning a disaster into a mere blip!

This place... came recommended by my insurance company and they work as AAA's adjuster, supposedly…read moreto speed up the process. What I got instead was FOUR MONTHS to complete a job (well, I can't really say it's "Complete" .. but I digress). My entire house could have been rebuilt in 4 months. Picture this.. lightning strike. Random damage to include blowing up the ground wire, blowing out part of a wall in the garage, blowing my garage door opener, melting the siding on two sides of my house and blowing out some tile in the bathroom. Long story short: Lousy quality, nothing but excuses for taking forever, retribution for complaining. The long story: So United comes in.. they get power and furnace back on after almost a month of me living in a hotel with 2 cats and a dog (fun times!) and they tell me they're "working on" the estimate. Of course, the insurance company blames them for being slow and they blame the insurance company.. ooookkkk... Two months after I am back in the house, repairs finally start on the inside. I have one simple request: Call/text me the night before you show up so I can get my dog out of the house. That's it. Other than that, have at it. Here's a key for your lockbox. They start work and the problems start.. 1 - they came in specifically to work on the bathroom tile and decided to paint the utility room without telling me. They painted the ceiling without covering any of my laundry and I ended up with white paint splatters all over my clean laundry and my black winter jacket. It was bad, and pretty obvious. I ended up having to wash my jacket (dry clean only) and it will never be the same 2 - they dumped what i suspect is a bucket of water they cleaned brushes in and left a white stain that goes down my whole driveway. It hasn't come off in the tons of rain nor with a hose sprayer 3 - Total lack of communication on when the job would be done 4 - they showed up one day and let themselves in the back yard to rip off siding despite my request - despite my *repeated* requests to be given notice to either lock up the dog or kennel him. I told them they were damn lucky that he didn't come defend his back yard or run out the gate they left open while working. 5- A week after ripping off my siding and exposing the stuff underneath (and a week of rain) I finally text to ask what's up on Tuesday. I'm promised it's done by Friday. They don't even bother to show up that week.. I email my insurance guy to ask him to poke them too. He gives me the contact info for the company management and I call to express my displeasure. 6 - On 5/22, the day after I started complaining, they showed up and magically all of the plants on that side of the house were demolished. Ripped out by the roots and THEN ground in. 7 - I now have several large patches of dead grass in the back yard after siding and equipment was left sitting for 2 weeks. 8- Side of the house exposed to a high amount of rain for 2 weeks (siding and parts of insulation were both torn off) and then just sided over with no regard to any damage. Of course this was all done while I was at work so I get to just accept their "Trust us, we fixed what needed to be fixed".. uhh. No. 9 - The day I insist management comes to view the work I received a nice "thanks for complaining about us" .. they left the lock box on the gate hanging open with my key exposed, available to anyone who might have wanted to use it!! Complained to both the contractor and his manager. Got a "oops, sorry" 10 - Somehow in putting siding up, they knocked out power in my kitchen again. I get zero details on what happened when the electrician fixes it, I have no clue if I should be concerned. 11 - I guess the job is "done" in their eyes because they packed up and left the other day with not a word to me. The light over my garage doesn't work any more, so I still have to get that fixed. 12 - I told the manager that they should just forget the "final clean" they billed my insurance company to do. After three weeks I gave up and hired someone else to clean up the dust mess left behind after the tile in the bathroom. She acted hurt and confused by this decision.. Really?!?! So, dead grass.. dead plants.. dead driveway light.. but I guess they're done. Bottom line? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
