He even worked thru pouring rain because we needed the project done before the next day. His price for the project was very affordable and a hell of a bargain for the quality of work. I called him and he came over within an hour did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done. I had him help with fixing some wooden pieces on the top of the ceiling of my porch that had become undone and needed repair, along with installing drywall in my closet. Everything looks incredibly nice once they were finished. I required some additional documents for my insurance and Brian instantly was willing to work with what I needed and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and plan on calling him again in the future!

Had a few with him the first day and they got a lot done. Next few days was just one guy named Chris who complained to me about how awful Andrew (his boss) is and that he doesn't know how to run a business. That's when I started to get worried. Soon nobody started showing up tj do work after I already had paid a few thousand to this guy. I contact Andrew Christenson, the owner, and he tells me how his wife and newborn child are in the hospital fighting for their lives. The next day he contacts me saying he will be there at 8 am the following day. He proceeds to tell me his WIFE AND CHILD DIED!!! He still showed up and half-assedly finished the work (awful craftsmenship BTW) demanded the rest of his money because he had to take his surviving child and leave town really fast to arrange their funerals. I felt awful for the guy. COME TO FIND OUT HE WAS LYING. HIS WIFE AND NEWBORN ARE ALIVE AND WELL AND HE NEVER LEFT TOWN. He's an idiot and a compulsive liar and has something wrong with him. DC did a good job on my property, but I was unhappy with his billing practices…read more I had a handful of odd jobs that needed to be completed. We agreed on a price (verbally) when he came out for the estimate, and said he'd come back out in a week. I should've asked for a contract. After day 1 he asked for 1/2 the payment which I was fine with, but then tacked on about $500 saying it was too hard to complete. After some haggling I agreed. This time I at least had him text me the amount. The following day when he asked for payment, he requested an amount hundreds of dollars more than agreed, assuming I'd forgotten, so I showed him the text after our verbal exchange. Get him to write a contract prior to work.

It was time to replace a 30 year old system. The moment I opened the front door and met Tyler Koonce, I relaxed and realized I was in very good hands. I can't say enough good things about Tyler. He's mature, professional, knowledgeable, an incredibly hard worker, and just a nice person. Tyler explained everything that would occur that day and encouraged me to check in on the progress at any time and ask questions, which I did. His colleague Chris joined him and the two of them spent the next five hours installing the new Lennox system. The two of them did a great job and were a great team. When they were finished, they reviewed what they had done, answered my questions, and showed me how to use the new thermostat. They made the entire process easy and interesting and even fun with their good humor. The new Lennox system is working beautifully and is making all the difference. Thank you, Tyler and Chris! You and Level 9 are the best!
