Next few days was just one guy named Chris who complained to me about how awful Andrew (his boss) is and that he doesn't know how to run a business. That's when I started to get worried. Soon nobody started showing up tj do work after I already had paid a few thousand to this guy. I contact Andrew Christenson, the owner, and he tells me how his wife and newborn child are in the hospital fighting for their lives. The next day he contacts me saying he will be there at 8 am the following day. He proceeds to tell me his WIFE AND CHILD DIED!!! He still showed up and half-assedly finished the work (awful craftsmenship BTW) demanded the rest of his money because he had to take his surviving child and leave town really fast to arrange their funerals. I felt awful for the guy. COME TO FIND OUT HE WAS LYING. HIS WIFE AND NEWBORN ARE ALIVE AND WELL AND HE NEVER LEFT TOWN. He's an idiot and a compulsive liar and has something wrong with him. Very slow to start work. No supervisors on job site. Actual laborers spoke no English so it was…read morevery difficult for me, the homeowner to communicate with them, even though they were INSIDE my home to spray insulation. Laborers were spraying insulation in crawl spaces for hours with NO masks or other respiratory protection. (I gave each of them bandanas which they used to cover their mouthes and noses.) The owner was very interested in getting paid in full the VERY DAY the job was complete even after months of delay with very little communication about when job would begin. (He had been paid and was holding deposit of several thousand dollars all this time.) And...today, the roof still leaks.

He even worked thru pouring rain because we needed the project done before the next day. His price for the project was very affordable and a hell of a bargain for the quality of work. David Neu originally came out and listened to what we wanted, added a few great suggestions, put together and sent us a very detailed drawing of what the finished project would look like.
