After a long wait, he placed our drinks on the table without a word and walked away. We didn't see him again. This is the first Bicerin we tried and we were not at all wowed by it. We left with a sense of 'ok, we tried it but meh, we won't do that again'. (I did however try it again and had a much better experience elsewhere.) The value of our visit, based on quality of service and goods, would not warrant another visit to this location.
