Then a week later, staying at an airport hotel, we came here and even though the kitchen closes at 3 pm, and it was 3:20 pm (sigh) the owner said we could order whatever we wanted. I nearly cried. He must have sensed the hangries coming on, big time. I had the vegetarian club (€10) and my bf had a pastrami club (€11). While I usually go with whole wheat bread, the white bread was just great. Both of us had a smoothie, pure fruit and veggies, nothing more. And we had to follow it up with a coffee! The bakery case was tempting with cookies, pastries and cakes. I'm a pistachio lover and the "Rocher pistacchio" was my favorite. They also serve slices of a variety of different cakes, including pistachio, lemon, and chocolate.
