Had to get prescription redone because it wasn't correct, was hurting my eyes. Decent people though so that's why I'm divided on whether to go back or not. I have astigmatism so it can be hard for me to decide what looks sharper when looking through different lenses. With one type of lens horizontal edges may look sharper and with another the vertical edges look sharper. I really appreciate that Dr. Jaffray is so patient during diagnostic testing when I ask her to go back and forth to help me compare. I also got good help from the staff for choosing frames and getting the nose pads and arms adjusted to my satisfaction. My son wanted to try contacts for the first time. Dr. Jaffray helped him learn how to put them in, let him try different ones over a few weeks, and worked with him through several visits to ensure the correction and alignment was perfect. We started seeing Dr. Jaffray at Marlborough Mall many years ago and and followed her to Chinook Mall and then to Focused Optometry in the northwest. We like that she and her staff take the time to listen to our concerns, explains things to us, and genuinely want to be sure we are satisfied.
