They told me it would be ready in 10 days, I thought that was a long time but I was in no hurry for the jacket so I agreed. I went to pickup my jacket and they had only replaced on side of the Velcro, but it was the hook and latch side that was messed up, so I showed it to the lady working the counter and she argued that it was good when I said no she wanted me to pay again for her to fix it and would not return my money. I took my Jacket to Son Alterations and it was fixed the next day. Grace Alterations is not an Honorable business.

I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose
