All Action Water Damage - Water damage service

this is the only company that you need to hire related to water damage. when will first came out,…read morehe was providing tips for us before starting the project. he ran tests and gave us a game plan without trying to upsell us and tried to keep our costs low. this was very different from other contractors because other contractors tried to upsell us and didn't put in half the work which led us to ultimately hire all action water damage. the team was very professional on getting the work done and everything was very reasonable. 10/10 would hire them again!!

The mold dog flagged all the places that were "remediated" by all action. The drywall with mold were all taken out but unfortunately the studs with mold were just encapsulated and painted over, therefore still exposing us to molds. I've learned that the proper way of treating studs is to remove and replace and if that's not possible, sand, hepa vacuum, antimicrobal and wire brush all the mold out of the studs. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson the hard way. Please be sure to properly vet your potential mold remediation company and understand if they do things properly and rid of ALL the mold. If you need your house to be medically clean of mold, steer clear from this company. They don't care about clients, they just want to get their foot through the door, get rid of the easy mold on the drywalls and not put in the hard work to really get the mold out of the studs. They will just cover up all the mold with white sealant and call it a day. Again we had an ERMI done two years later, which stachy and chaet still showed up. Learn about your molds, these are the baddddd molds. We then took things further and hired a mold dog & she flagged all the places we remediated. They're also not IICRC certified. Wish I had done better research earlier. See photos.

The stress of a home repair is enough, finding a good company to work through it with you helps…read more Matt with dry Kings was quick to respond, professional & got the job started right away. Jon Ron did the job for us and it was fast, efficient and he cleaned up the area nicely. It's all prepped and ready for rebuild. They made it really easy working directly with our insurance as well. If you're looking for a good company to help with mitigation they're it =)

Here's a polished, standout Yelp review you can copy and post:…read more From the very first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a different caliber of company. My initial contact was with Rachel in the office, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine listening skills. In over 20 years of dealing with various service companies, her level of care and engagement was far beyond anything I've experienced. She didn't rush me, didn't treat me like just another call--she actually listened, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel confident that I had found the right company. Honestly, I'm not someone who shops around for multiple bids, but I can say without hesitation that I would have hired this company based on her alone. For some background, my elderly father recently had plumbing work done, and the plumber raised concerns about potential water damage and possibly harmful mold in the affected area. Since their company didn't handle that type of work, I Googled companies in the area and checked reviews. This was the inly comoany I called, again because of Rachel. Ricky, the technician who came out, completely carried that same level of professionalism forward. He took the time to walk through everything with me, addressed all of my concerns in a clear and respectful way, and demonstrated a level of knowledge and integrity that immediately put me at ease. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honest, expert guidance and a genuine desire to help. It's rare to find a company where both the front office and field team operate at such a high level, but this is clearly one of them. If you're dealing with water damage, mold concerns, or restoration needs, do yourself a favor and call Dry Kings Restorations. Highly recommend -- 5 stars all the way.

The…read moremen who did the manual labor to treat our mold and water damage were excellent, hardworking, and professional. All 3 stars is because of y'all My issue is entirely with management. After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.

Our apartment was flooded and had severe water damage. DryFast was hired by our landlord to…read moreremediate since they had such high Yelp reviews. Initially during the construction, they were not adhering to timelines agreed upon until further pressure was applied threatening their payout. Granted our landlord is also super flakey and unreliable so who knows where the real problem and disconnect. But the real headache started after the repairs were "completed." They left behind a whole slew of issues for our apartment. 1. Bathroom racks were not put back in the right place in the walls, for example, a long rack was put where a shorter one should've been so now the door doesn't open all the way. 2. Several doors that have been newly installed are sagging and not leveled. 3. The BIGGEST problem are the floorboards. They are lifted up and uneven on several spots. When you step on the areas, the floorboards move up and down and is now a tripping hazard. It's also progressing to other parts of the apartments and getting more severe. 4. They were also very sloppy with cleanup. There are so much of remaining paint splatters all the over the place, on things like bathroom floors and kitchen counters. The cleanup was a total joke. Think twice before deciding to go with them! This is a sloppy operation that does a half hearted job. The one star is only because the restoration service manager was professional and honest about the timeline after we were finally able to talk to someone.

It basically rained in my bedroom over and over with each wave of the deluges we experienced. They came in and immediately began to draw out the moisture with equipment and fans. Orlando and his team had to carefully cut a hole in the ceiling for an inspection and the dry out and they totally protected the furniture and managed to keep the process as contained and livable for me. Really kind. Once they repaired the ceiling, and painted, it looks as if nothing ever happened. Orlando checked in almost daily until the job was completed and the problem was solved. Their equipment dried out everything! He is a great person and his guys are top notch. I am so grateful to them all during, what was, a very distressing situation.
