I recently endured an incredibly frustrating experience with Ira Lexus in Danvers, MA, and I feel compelled to share my story in hopes of sparing others from a similar ordeal. My journey began on Friday, November 22nd, when I stumbled across a listing for a 2019 Subaru Ascent on their website. I was instantly captivated by the vehicle and knew I had to act quickly before someone else snatched it up. My first point of contact was a representative named Cesar. While the vehicle's designated salesperson was Nicollette, I never had the chance to speak with her directly. From the onset, I made my intentions clear to Cesar: I was keen to purchase the Subaru, and I wanted to cut straight to the chase. I had no interest in their financing options, nor did I want any additional services like extended warranties, GPS systems, or GAP insurance. To show my commitment, I even permitted them to run my credit to see if they could offer me a better rate than my credit union. Unfortunately, that didn't pan out either. As the day progressed, I decided to make the trip to the dealership to finalize the sale. I informed Cesar that I would be arriving around 4:30 PM. However, just before I hit the road, Cesar advised me that since they closed at 5:00 PM, it would be better for me to come back the following morning at 9:00 AM. While it was a slight inconvenience, I agreed to his suggestion, hoping this would mean a smoother process the next day. To demonstrate my genuine interest, I even offered to put down a $12,000 deposit to hold the vehicle, something I thought was a reasonable gesture. But to my surprise, Cesar explained that they couldn't accept a deposit since I hadn't physically seen the car yet. This left me baffled; in all my experiences with dealerships, I had never encountered one that refused a deposit under such circumstances. Nevertheless, he assured me that the car would still be available the following morning. The next day, I faced a setback. I overslept and couldn't make it to the dealership by 9:00 AM as planned. Immediately, I called Cesar around 9:30 AM to let him know I was on my way. But moments later, my heart sank when Cesar called back with the news I dreaded: he told me not to come because someone else was looking to purchase the very vehicle I had expressed such interest in. I can't describe the level of frustration this caused me. I kept my composure but couldn't help feeling furious. Cesar then nonchalantly said, "That's why I told you to be here at 9:00 AM, because we had someone else looking at the vehicle," a detail that had never been mentioned during our earlier conversations. To add salt to the wound, I later discovered that they sold the car to someone who did purchase the additional services I had explicitly stated I wasn't interested in. Was this their strategy? Selling to the highest bidder while dismissing serious buyers? This experience has left me feeling deeply disillusioned with Ira Lexus. Their lack of professionalism and transparency was not just disappointing; it felt downright unethical. It seemed as though they were playing potential buyers against each other, chasing the chance to maximize their profit at the expense of genuine customers like myself. As I reflect on this ordeal, I can't help but feel a lingering disappointment. It reinforces many of the negative stereotypes we often hear about car dealerships. I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with Ira Lexus in Danvers, MA. If their handling of potential sales is any indication, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Trust me, your time and energy are worth it. read more

My current Lexus RX is coming to an end, so I went to Ira Lexus earlier this week to get an advice on the options that I have. I bought my previous RX 350 from Ira Lexus in 2013 because they gave me a fair deal upfront, and the negotiation was straightforward. I live in Wellesley which is much nearer to other Lexus dealerships, but I would rather go to a dealership where I feel comfortable knowing that I will be treated fairly. This time, Rick Kizner, took care of me well and spent a lot of time explaining to me in details new features of the new 2016 RX 350. The new RX surely provides a lot more cool stuffs at a slightly higher price than my previous RX. Rick patiently worked with me through all the possible options until I decided what I would like to do. The general manager here, Jose Silva, is also a pretty nice and humble guy. I met him during my previous purchase in 2013 when he was doing the contracts. He realized that I am a long-time customer, and promptly helped me get to the numbers that I am ok with. In general, the staff here are nice and considerate. From my own experiences with a number of Lexus dealerships around Boston, Ira Lexus is not the most fancy Lexus dealership around, but this is the place you should go if you want to be treated right. Their sales people are pretty reasonable on the numbers, so you probably have a very good chance of getting a great deal here for your new Lexus. read more

I purchased my 2013 RX 350 Lexus on a rainy Monday night, and it was professionally handled by their sales consultant, Gil Beck. Coming in late into a dealership at 8 PM and staying until 10:30 PM at night to make sure my needs were met defined the words "dedication" and "patience" towards their customers. If you're looking for someone who will take care of you and puts in the time as much as you do into the car research, then go with Gil. He is a very relaxed and agreeable salesman that will surely help find you your next vehicle. Gil works hard for you to get you what you want and is willing to go beyond business hours to do so. Obviously, you can say that about a lot of salesmen or women, but it really takes a special person to not make you feel rushed about a big purchase that one makes every decade. Gil is the epitome of ideal customer service and going beyond his requirement. Gil is attentive to detail and made sure my purchase was worth it. One example of this was he found a crack on my windshield and immediately notified me before I planned on picking it up that day and got it replaced for next day pick up. Although I wasn't able to pick up my car from Gil myself due to work obligations, my boyfriend had a wonderful experience and closing with him as well when he picked up my new drive. Work with him--you won't regret it! read more

I visited the Ira Lexus location a couple of weeks ago specifically looking for the IS model and I was happily greeted by Saena. I told her that I was interested in the IS and we went on a test drive just a few minutes later. After the test drive we talked about some numbers and I decided to go home to think it over. I came back a week later to make an offer for the vehicle, only to find out it was sold earlier that day. However, Saena told me she would actively search for the vehicle and would contact me as soon as an identical IS came out. Just a few days later Saena called me and said she found an identical version at the Ira dealership in Bedford NH. She went all the way to Bedford NH to pick up the vehichle and drove it back to Ira Danvers so I could purchase the IS I was looking for. This showed her willingness to help me with my search and showed that she cared about doing whatever she could to get the vehicle I wanted, even if it meant personally driving to another dealership to pick it up. Throughout the entire experience Saena was very helpful, friendly, and attentive and showed the professionalism that anyone would want and expect to receive from such a place. With all this in mind, Saena was great to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle at Ira Lexus in Danvers. read more

If you are single woman stay away from Ira Lexus dealership This is the story that happened to me recently. I bought certified preowned Lexus RX 350 at Ira Lexus Dealership in Danvers. The sales person I met on the dealership was nice and helpful. The first thing the sales person needs to do is to make sure you trust him. There are different ways to do it depending how educated you are about the market, the car business etc, your financial situations, your needs and your life style. Single ladies listen to this: engaging to romantic and intimate relationships is one of them used at this dealership to get you to buy a car and most importantly write them a good review. To make my story short. I did bought a beautiful car that I always wanted but don't want to drive. The way how it was sold to me makes me sick to my stomach. I will never step on this dealership for service because this kind of romantic game was played right there in the dealership in front of everybody. I mean kissing hugging and etc... More than that this sales guy first of all married, second in training to become a sales manager to teach other sales people how to sale cars. So this makes me to believe this romantic sale is widely used and accepted practice in Ira Lexus. SINGLE LADIES STAY AWAY FROM THEM. read more

TLDR: The dealership forged my signature to add $2000 worth of unwanted packages to my lease contract, and I still haven't received my refund 2 months later even after they admitted fault. I had the misfortune of leasing a Lexus NX from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They added over $2,000 in unwanted packages ("ResistAll" and "Tire & Wheel") to my contract without my consent. When I questioned it, they presented me with a fraudulent document bearing a forged signature (not my own) and an impossible timestamp (Sunday 10:40am when the dealership was closed). After I pointed out the discrepancies, they admitted that it was a mistake, and they promised to refund the full amount. However, it has been more than 2 months, and I'm still waiting for the refund. To make matters worse, they've been slow in responding to my follow-ups and seem completely unconcerned about the fraudulent activity happening within their dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. They clearly have no qualms about deceiving and ripping off their customers. I'm now stuck dealing with the stress of potential legal action to resolve this mess. read more

I had a great experience working with 8/15/26 Saena Nikolas at IRA Lexus of Danvers. I actually purchased a car on from IRA Lexus a few years ago as well, and coming back this time was another great experience. Saena was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without ever making me feel pressured. The entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. Saena went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and her excellent customer service really stood out. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Saena Nikolas and IRA Lexus of Danvers to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional car-buying experience. Thank you, Saena, for making the process so easy and positive. It's great to come back to a dealership where you know you'll be treated well! read more

I like car shopping about as much as I like getting a root canal.....no sorry, that's not fair to the root canal!! But you get the point car shopping is not high on my list of fun things to do. So I was pleasantly surprised to deal with Saena Nikolas at Ira Lexus. She was the ultimate professional, very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We ended up purchasing a certified used 2013 Lexus 350 and to be honest everyone we dealt with was great. We traded in a car and walked away the same day with the new car which they meticulously cleaned and filled the gas tank. Also felt that the price they gave us for the trade in was fair. We appreciated Michael, the technology guy, who explained to us all the bells and whistles on the car; Victor the finance guy and of course Saena. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with helpful, friendly, nice professionals! Would recommend this dealership for sure! read more

My experience at ira Lexus has been nothing short of amazing. I have bought new cars here a few times and the staff have been truly on point and have the best customer service. My salesman Mark Driscoll is wonderful. He really takes the time to show he cares and gives you the best treatment to make you as comfortable and welcomed as you can feel at a dealership. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave me nothing but 100 percent customer service back. In the finance department nick was a miracle worker. He gets the job done and does his hardest to get the result that's in your best interest. He works with you until the process is done and gives you the time to discuss questions and answers and concerns. He did an excellent job with my deal and I will recommend mark and Nick to friends and family! Thankyou again Ira Lexus for taking care of my needs! read more

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ed Cho. Early on in our search we met Ed and took a new 2026 for a test drive. The car speaks for itself, there's no denying that. Over the next 2 months our search continued and Ed continued to provide us with listing via email and text. Ed's professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. We eventually made our way back to IRA Lexus and to Ed and made a purchase. Ed walked us through the process, put up with a barrage of questions and concerns and all the while maintained a calm and present demeanor. A car buying experience can be a stressful process, Ed eased that pain and we truly appreciate him for that. End of the day, it is a car dealership and a good dealership and salesman should make you at least feel like you are walking out of there with some wins! read more

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2010 Lexus IS 250 AWD from this dealership. Upon arriving, I met with Gil Beck. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gil and the dealership as a whole. He was accommodating and answered all of the questions I had throughout the purchasing process. When concerns regarding proof of certification arose, Gil jumped through many hoops to make sure I had the documentation I had asked for, no matter how time consuming it was to get it. The car initially had a minor puncture in the back bumper, and I was assured that this would be repaired upon delivery. Gil made this promise in confidence that his teammates would deliver, and deliver they did. Upon delivery, the car was in pristine condition. You're in good hands with Gil, and you can't go wrong choosing Ira Lexus of Danvers. read more

I just purchased a 2013 350ES and I love this car! I must give Rick Kizner, my salesman, a five star review! He knew what I wanted, found it and I was driving away in it within 2 days. He was very professional and always there to help and answer questions. He even cleaned up the coffee I spilled in the lounge - now that is service! Another 5 star review goes to Jenn Ward, the service advisor. She does an outstanding job and knows her stuff and she introduced me to Rick. I love going there for service (with my previous Lexus) and everyone is so happy and friendly. If I don't have much to do I can go in the lounge for a cup of coffee and a donut, sweet roll or a bagel and watch the news. If I'm rushed and have to get to work, I book a loaner, free of charge. Ira Lexus Danvers is the best!! read more

I trade in my Lexus CT200H for Lexus IS250 AWD. It was a difficult decision to make because I was extremely attached to my old car. I must say that Saena Nikolas, my sales person help made the transition easy for me. She is a beautiful Greek woman who is extremely helpful, understanding, considerate, accountable, and flexible. I admit that I have high standards and she ensure to meet my expectations were met. She advocates for me. She is consistent. She is resourceful even after the trade was completed. She still helps me even though my trade was completed, and I cannot say that goes the same for all sales person. She goes above and beyond. Whenever you visit IRA Lexus in Danvers, meet Saena because she will take care of you. Like myself, she believes in the Lexus' model, "Pursuit of Perfection". read more

I recently purchased a pre-certified 2015 Lexus RX350 at IRA Lexus Danvers and am happy to report that the sales process was stress-free and fair. My sales consultant, Gene Porzio, couldn't have been nicer! The vehicle had some minor issues with the front leather seat, which he assured me would be addressed prior to the delivery of the vehicle, and he did not disappoint. The car looked great and he even took the time to deliver it to me in NH, so I would not need to make a trip back down to the Danvers location. Upon delivery, he reviewed all aspects of the car, including the navigation system, linked my cell phone up and reviewed service requirements . I would highly recommend this dealership and meeting Gene if you are in the new or used car market! read more

I visited Ira Lexus last week and was helped by Saena Nikolas. She was professional and willing to work with me. Unfortunately, I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from her due to liking another car at a different dealer. If she had the exact vehicle that I was looking for, I would have definitely purchased from Saena. I am writing the review, despite not purchasing a vehicle from her, because of her professionalism until the end of our conversation and following up with me without pressuring me to buy from her. She even congratulated me for purchasing a vehicle from another dealer because she actually cared about me purchasing the vehicle that I liked the most. I highly recommend her without any reservation when you visit Ira Lexus in Danvers. read more

Hi, I just leased my 5th Lexus from Ira Lexus. As always, Elliot Honig provided great service and dedication to the customer experience. I was making the "big" move from a white RX to a black one. And I had my heart set on the Obsidian color vs. the Caviar color. I am not a huge fan of metallic so I felt like the only way to make the transition of color an easy one was to go with the non-metallic black. He went above and beyond to get me that color even though they had none on their lot. He kept the process moving and now I am the proud driver of a 2016 Lexus RX in Obsidian :). Thanks again Elliot for making my "shopping" experience a great one! See you in 36 months! read more

First time Danvers MA Ira customer. I recently purchased a certified Lexus GX 460 out of state and needed a local dealer for service and parts. I felt they were very customer service oriented, gave me clear prices, and communicated often & appropriately. When I called to inquire about parts, the gentleman who I spoke to was very patient and up front about options. My car was returned cleaned and vacuumed and I was walked around the car to see the new parts they had installed. I have historically avoided dealers due to previous experiences but I feel that Ira Lexus staff is not only competent but very honest and pleasant to work with. read more

My experience at Lexus was amazing and I'm very happy with my car and the buying process overall. I especially appreciated how patient Ed was while I compared different vehicles and took the time to find the right one for me. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and my questions were always answered honestly and thoroughly. Even when discussing add on's, I believe the woman's name was Diana (?) was awesome and explained everything to me without pressuring me to add anything. I will now always recommend Lexus and have become a life long customer! read more
