Never have I felt uncomfortable or cheated in any of their pricing. Out of other pawn shop in Albuquerque or the surrounding area, this place I would say has quality but also quantity for sure. You don't feel as if the items or the actual store is dingy. Great selection in jewelry and designer goods also fire arms there are plenty to choose from. There can be a bit of a wait at times since this is what I consider one of the nicer pawn shops here in Albuquerque so obviously they are going to attract business. If waiting is an issue I would call ahead to see what the wait is like. But it can honestly change in a minute from slow to completely packed, I would take that into consideration.

I told him that I needed to get a joystick. I already have a clean chamber, so I don't need another one. I told him that I need a joystick and will even buy a chamber with the joystick if the joystick isn't sold on just its own. He sells me a chamber for the new proxy and I walk out with it after confirming it was for the new proxy and not the original proxy. I buy it and walk out. Less then a minute later as I'm walking out I check the chamber and then realize it didn't have the joystick. I immediately walked back in and asked for a refund on it because it didn't have the joystick, but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was denied a $60 refund on an item I had JUST purchased. I will not be going back here again, the store specializes a lot in puffco products, the staff should really be trained in that area as it's a big feature. Overall I will not be going back in, I literally tossed the chamber into the trash can.

No supply of used guns, maybe 8-10 used guns. I tend to gravitate towards the used stuff. Firearm pricing was MSRP, as were the accessories - mostly. Stocked ammo was priced on the higher side. But if you need a box or 2 right away they'll probably have it. I didn't see any real bargains or something I couldn't live without. Maybe another time.
