The pants are great, I have a few pair and a couple pair of shorts. We lucked out today, they're having a clearance sale so we were able to get some great bargains. They've got tactical style boots, backpacks, luggage/gear bags. I've had one of their rollers bags for 10 years that has gone on almost all of the flights I've been on and despite gorilla baggage handlers still looks pretty good. The sales staff here was friendly and helped us quite a bit. Especially pointing out the sales stuff and making sure we knew all of the bargains to be had. It was a great stop and we saved a lot more money than we spent!

They stitched half of the name underneath the lapel of the jacket so it could not be seen. They also did not put the initials of the degree correctly at the end of the name. Upon complaining, the owner said she had been doing this for 30 years and that is "how it is supposed to look"!! Believe me, this is *not* how it is supposed to look. I can't imagine a doctor raising the collar of the coat to show the entire name to the patient, nor that we do not know the correct initials for the degree! The owner refused to correct the problem and we had no choice but to take a brand new jacket that was now damaged by a horrible embroidery job. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Got everything I needed in one stop and when I needed my pants hemmed they were able to recommend a reasonably priced alterations place next door. Thanks for the service!

I don't spend this much money on regular clothes. BUT....the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They will help you find just what you're looking for and try to help you with deals. In April and August you can bring in your old scrubs and get a small discount on new scrubs. Join their preferred customer list and get a coupon for so much off and joining is free! Despite my dread and plain disdain for scrub shops this is the best one in the valley. They have all the top scrub brands in a variety of colors and sizes. Be prepared to spend $60 for a set though!

Granted, pants are impossible to find in the most common size (34x30), so that's a pain in the neck, but there are tailors on-site who can make the clothes fit perfectly for you, often in just a matter of minutes. I can't speak for their selection of duty gear, since I usually just buy my kit online, but the clothing is where it really comes together. Pricing is typical of what you'd expect to pay for this stuff, so if you're looking to save a few bucks on 5.11 gear and things like that, Neve's is not the place to go, but if you need it now and need it bad, they will not let you down.

The associate texted me back basically saying she's extremely busy, and the order had not even been placed yet because she had questions but never called me. I have now followed up 3 different times and the last update was that the order would be here yesterday, and still no call no update nothing. I can't even get in touch with the owner directly. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM FOR PICKUP, just buy what they have in store. I'll be lucky if I get my order at all at this point and I am livid. I needed scrubs for a new job and am still waiting for them. This is some of the worst business I have ever experienced.

I was standing in line getting ready to pay when I saw a girl park her half full cart near the checkout counter, remove two big boxes. One was a very large box of Huggies the other one didn't read the label, but, probably a good $70 worth of product, and walked out the door. The poor Walmart door clerk tried to ask for a receipt and then flung his arms up as she strode past. The IPS guy was busy conversing with someone at the "security gates" with not a clue or a second glance at the person he is there to stop... I was complaining to a Walmart employee who said "it happens all the time". I really don't appreciate the prices being higher at Walmart to pay a bored security guy that doesn't stop the shoplifting he's paid for...
