The pies were ready in a very reasonable time, and we sat down to eat. I first noticed how oily the pie was. The paper circle it rested on was covered in oil and it pooled all around the pie. I went to pull a piece out to sample it and was met with some pasty white undercooked greasy dough. Disappointing was the least I could say. I took a few bites, but the underneath was so unappetizing I decided to go ask for a box and re-bake the pie at home. I did not feel like asking for another or to fix the issue so that is on me, but I was expecting better for the amount of traffic that is happening here. Once re-baked at home the pie was good, not great. But at least I was able to get the crust cooked and blotted a lot of the excessive oil. I don't think I will eat here again, but others seem to really enjoy it, and once cooked properly the pie was average enough for 3 stars.

This food truck was a light blue color with two workers and served cinnamon rolls, pretzels and hot chocolate. My wife and I ended up ordering a pretzel with cheese and then a cinnamon bun for ourselves as well as another one which I ended up giving my mom for Mother's Day. The pretzel itself was $8 but it was one of those massive ones that you see at stadiums and came with a small side of cheese sauce. It ended up being nicely cooked and the outside of it had good texture while the inside was nice and soft. The outside of it did not have too much salt and both my wife and I enjoyed dipping it into the cheese sauce. Our cinnamon bun was similarly good as we enjoyed the pecan topping as well and the frosting and cinnamon flavor to it. The bun itself had a nice and soft consistency to it which made eating it quite nice. My mom also said she enjoyed the cinnamon bun which was nice to hear!
