4-5 years ago this place was the best, today their quality, friendliness and care has gone way down and I'm so dissatisfied/disappointed. When the owner isn't working that day it's even worse. They told me I needed this because it will make my nails longer when I in fact don't do long nails so this is not important to me.?I got gel toes, a plain color nothing extra. The total $130?! I've been a customer for 5 years and now they've lost me. I hope they can fix their quality and performance in the future. While I was able to ignore that my manicurist caused my cuticles to bleed slightly on two fingers, what I cannot accept is that my manicure is falling apart just days after my gel manicure. Kaley and Kathy serviced my acrylic Mani and Spa Pedi. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. As I prepared the New Year, my acrylics turned out very festive! They shaved down to match length, they kept my skin moisturized, the massages were pleasant, and the staff humor really made the atmosphere a pleasant one! The service area is spacious and can accommodate as much as 15 or a little more all at the same time. They have tv monitors throughout the facility and they keep their spaces neat and clean! I came here because a good chunk of people recommended this business. I made an appointment for myself and my Mother for manicure/pedicure. We arrived 10 minutes before and were told there is a delay. Ok, no problem. I was thinking it would be 5-10 minutes but we ended up waiting about 40 minutes before we could be seen. When we arrived, no one really welcomed us. I noticed that 2 customers who came after, they were greeted with so many hellos. They might have been regular customers but I believe that everyone should be treated just the same. When we finally got started, the staff kept trying to get us to upgrade. We just wanted the basic mani/pedi but they kept insisting. I had to say no several times and they seemed irritated by it. I think because we did not do an upgrade, they kind of half-assed their work. When it came time to pay, i noticed that it was a little more than i calculated and i asked why. The answer: oh, because your nail is too long, we charge extra for cutting it. EXCUSE ME WHAT???? i have never heard of that before. I didnt feel like arguing anymore and just let it be. I didnt tip because our whole experience with everyone was just awful. I made sure to let everyone that recommended this place know my experience here. So I came here because I had gotten off of work and was looking for a new nail shop. Came onto yelp and saw the reviews for iPolish. Parking : THERE IS PARKING! It's just small and parking is pretty tight so don't recommend parking in the garage if you have a van or larger car. So for me personally parking was good Atmosphere: I walked in and they took me right away despite being busy. They were welcoming and the place is a little small but they make sure you're good and taken care of. Services: Both women (acrylic overlay and pedicure) I had were kind and cracked jokes. This place also isn't as expensive as what I'm used to so I really like that. Pedicure was greattttt. She actually helped me understand what the cost would be of everything together with each type of pedicure I was interested in. (Don't come for me but I'm trying to save some coin while also pampering myself !!) I got one of the basic pedicures but they still did callous removal and the scrub. She didn't skimp out on the foot massage too so definitely 10/10 on the pedicure. Acrylic overlay : she did a good job, I really liked her. She was quick with her work but it wasn't like she was rushing. It was still quality work. Sadly my actual nails under the acrylic overlay are pretty weak so my nail ended up breaking , they were quickly able to get me in the next morning just in time for my trip. After removing my gel I noticed I was left with the "rings of fire". Caused from over drilling nail bed to remove extra skin or gel at very end. They did a nice job - it looked great, but I will not be returning because of this irreversible damage. If you feel my nail it is no longer smooth. The red lines are indentations that I will have to wait to grow out. Will be going somewhere with more gentle practices or better knowledge of not using to powerful of drill. Let me start out with the nails techs had good customer service and many wonderful colors to choose from. the salon was clean and in a nice location next to a food shop. I sent a request through the yelp app for me and my little one. The manager reached out and gave me dates and time we could come in for an appt. Which was same day. GREAT! I didn't want to do a walk in. I'll try to keep this a bit short. We got to the salon, we was taken in as a walk in and the tech said she did not have an appt in for us. Thankfully they were not that busy when we got there. Manger could do better at ensuring appts are confirmed by staff. The princess treatment was ok, they don't have the extras, like a pillow so the littles can sit up comfortably and no children chairs. My little had to sit up the whole time while she got everything done. Which was not that comfortable for her. Also I know the pictures mention they offer complimentary drinks but we did not receive any and I didn't notice if anyone else got any. I would still recommend this salon, but there is room for improvement. read more

I was in town for a quick trip and found this Ipolish was within walking distance of my hotel. I was a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon. There were quite busy, but I was helped almost immediately! I had a fill gel manicure by Sophia and gel pedicure by Nina. Both ladies did wonderful job! I was offered water fitting my treatment and it was a very environment. My only con was I only had my credit card and apparently their credit reader was down. I ended up using Venmo to pay, which was odd. One of my first experiences here was not great. However a few months ago I went back and booked an appointment with Tiffany. She is super nice and very professional. She told me she no longer worked as a nail tech, I'm assuming she is the new manager/supervisor on site since she seemed to be handling the schedule and answering the phone calls. Anyway, my nails came out absolutely beautiful! I would 100% recommend her if she was still available to request. I was excited to try iPolish because it's close to my home. Nice staff however, I paid for a pedicure with callus removal and she scrubbed for about 20 seconds per foot. Not a lot of effort on her part. I think my pedicure was about 20-30 min long. Wouldn't recommend iPolish. read more
