It's a small shop where you get personalized advice from very knowledgeable sales staff. Prices were a bit high but the upside is you get to try them before you buy. Unlike online shopping if you're not familiar with the product you take a chance when you order with hopes that you like it. Lots of options, lots of loyal neighborhood folks stopping by which tells you a lot about a small business community. Parking is a challenge in this area.

Their prices are high, no doubt; especially for a phone case. They were all $29 for a case. I wished they were a little bit cheaper or had a special deal or something if you buy more than one case. I would have loved to buy 2 or 3, but I couldn't see spending almost $90 on 3 phone cases. I did however buy 2 cases; one for my son since he did a great job taking care of his sisters while I was on my trip. The prints on them were really cool. From Marilyn Monroe and Jimi Hendrix to different city scenes in New York, San Francisco, Paris, and San Diego to graffiti scenes, etc. They had wallets and credit card holders that had some of the same scenes, as well as bags, leather magnets, leather key chains, shirts, print art and even skateboards. The cheapest thing in there was the phone case. They do have a Yelp check-in offer for 10% off your purchase, but the cashier didn't enter it right. I even showed him on the receipt that it says the total discount is 5%, not 10%, but he gave me some lame explanation saying he took 5% off of each case, when in fact he only took 2.5% off of each case. I didn't want to stand there and teach math and haggle over the issue, so I let it go. Either way, the most important thing was to get something for my son and I achieved that.

She helped me get a wallet/card holder that had California on it. As a technician, even if my nail was thin she could of used a machine to remove the gel instead of tearing it off the way she did. I was so upset! She tried to tell me she would add a piece, which I declined so I just told her to cut what she could without leaving my nail too short. I will never return here. Maybe some folks like this method of removal but I did not and will not be returning for a pedicure. I will add the chairs were comfortable and I also got a gel manicure which he added so many layers too! There was one lady too that came by and was just talking to the technician who did my nails and the vibe just felt uncomfortable! I will never return!

She's incredibly professional, warm, and knowledgeable about her craft. The tan itself was flawless--natural-looking, and exactly the shade I asked for. I genuinely thought every girl who helped me was sweet and professional. My issue is with the product and the results. I purchased a package of three spray tans. After my first session, I loved how it looked when I left, but once it developed, I looked extremely orange. Like Donald Trump Orange.... I couldn't even wait very long before booking my second session because I wanted to fix it. At my second appointment, I explained that I didn't like how orange I became. I've only had spray tans done in Miami before this, and I've never had this issue. I was told we'd try a different solution or method. During that visit, I also ended up purchasing a $45 tan remover and exfoliating mitt because it was recommended for my next appointment. Looking back, I don't really feel like I needed it, and I honestly felt a little pressured into buying it. It's still sitting unused. Unfortunately, my second spray tan was even worse. It was sticky, developed with noticeable streaks, and I looked orange again. It was so bad that I showered it off within an hour because I couldn't stand how it looked. When I came back for my third session, I had the same technician who did my first tan. I explained everything that happened during my second visit. She mentioned that my clothing may have contributed to the streaking, so I followed all of her recommendations and wore loose clothing afterward. She also told me we'd use an espresso solution so I wouldn't turn orange this time. The application itself was great. It wasn't sticky, and she did a beautiful job applying it. But once it developed, I was orange AGAIN. At that point, I realized this just isn't the right product for my skin tone. I'm Latina with olive skin, and I tan naturally very well. I was looking to become darker version of myself like healthy, bronzed glow. Instead, every time the tan developed, it leaned orange on me, and I was unhappy with the result. That's why I'm leaving a 2-star review. Honestly would've let a 1 star review for the tan and products but gave an extra star because how nice were the employees. They were all genuinely kind and tried to help. But after three different sessions, three opportunities to adjust the process, and multiple conversations about my concerns, I still ended up with the same result. Maybe these products work great for other skin tones, and that's reflected in the many positive reviews. But if you have an olive or naturally tan complexion like mine, I think it's important to know that your experience may be different. I considered reaching out privately instead of leaving a review, but after three appointments, I'm not really sure what the solution would be. Another spray tan would likely give me the same outcome. I spent money on a package, additional products, and multiple appointments, only to end up removing the tan because I didn't like how orange it looked. I truly appreciate how kind everyone at the salon was, and I wish I had a better experience. I just think there may be a gap in either the product selection or the approach for clients with olive skin tones, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
