The reviews were good for San Francisco Bay Computer Services, I called and spoke to Ed, who sounded intelligent and organized. I walked there, explained the situation, and left my laptop with him. As promised, I received a phone call from him, exactly 24 hours later. The problem with my laptop was not a problem at all. I was charged an incredibly low price for his expertise. Ed had excellent manners, patience and a positive attitude. I am 100% satisfied with our interaction.

I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

Working with him on and off for two decades, Paul and his team have consistently provided ultra high quality service. No matter the job, if he says he can do it, he can. I've given him audio and video cassettes, 16mm and Super 8 film, and even old reel to reel tapes. Whether I've asked for CDs or audio or video files on a flash drive, Paul has given me everything I've asked for as promised. At first I couldn't believe that old recordings could look and sound so good in digital format. But now I've come to expect exactly that from Paul. I'm so glad I learned about Digital Revolution so that I didn't have to ship irreplaceable tapes to Legacy or one of those other huge online companies. Paul's personal service rates highest for me.

In my mind, it just can't be the same as a sit-down meal. It won't be as fresh, the presentation won't be the same, and the food may taste different when served in plastic rather than on a plate. I've seen some rather high-end establishments I have been to get marked down because of a home delivery disaster that may be out of the establishment's control. So, I edited down my review and made it compliant. Admittedly I was really upset with the terrible church at the time, but I did rewrite my review. But Yelp still rejected all attempts to repost my review. When I contacted Yelp and kindly spoke with a woman, she blamed their algorithm and said there was nothing that she could do to override their computer system. To this day, my negative review of Smyrna Baptist Church is buried so that people cannot see it. You have to search for a small link at the bottom that leads readers to other reviews. Unfortunately, my negative review doesn't even appear in the number of reviews shown for their church. Yelp is guilty of horrible censorship and taking away freedom of speech, for which I cannot give their company more than one star. I edited my review to make it perfectly acceptable, but Yelp still refuses to post my new review because it was initially rejected. That is wrong.
