It was so cold that even after extra blankets, I shivered all night long. Since I could sleep comfortably, I wonder what the point of the accuracy (or validity) of my sleep study report is. The report was vague and lacked specific details or severity of the diagnosis. My doctor was unable to explain. Thus, I called them for more explanation. The first two calls were never followed up with any action. When I called the third time, I was told that the reports are done by a contracted outside doctor (vendor) and they can try. Again, I never received any details or even a phone call. It was a waste of time and money for unprofessional and incompetent service. Thanks for nothing!

He thoroughly explained everything. He made me feel relaxed and confident that I could trust him to monitor me while I slept. The facility is in Redlands, in a residential neighborhood and it's quiet and feels safe. They even have Netflix to watch as you settle in to sleep. The facility might consider to partner with a Sleep Number Store to provide a custom sleep experience for a patient because some people prefer a firm or soft mattress. Again, for me the bed was baby bear perfect in the middle.. They could offer a discount if someone bought a sleep number bed after doing a sleep study. Make sure you keep Alex a happy employee. One suspect area was my Sleep Apnea and quickly I met with Tracy and Geron from the Sleep Disorder Unit. Quickly identifying problems with my device, it became apparent that some focus needed to be applied and thorough education on the usage could be very beneficial to aid in my recovery. Painstakingly, over a two day period they worked with me through the process of elimination to find a suitable solution and keyed in on situation with the tubing that was possibly the cause of the lung bacteria I was suffering from. Like a puzzle, in calumniation with oversight and direction provided by my medical team, the solution feel into place. Geron was amazing in that he must has noticed the worry and relief my eyes. True to his faith and the hospital's religious beginnings, he politely asked if I would be comfortable to join him in prayer. I believe sometimes faith and God puts people together for one reason or another. True to his dedication and faith, Geron felt comfortable to share a message in prayer, which spoke directly to my heart. A short blessing not only addressed my medical and psychological well-being, but comforted my spiritual beliefs as well. What make this hospital so unique is the level and diversity of talent in place to care for the patients compete needs. Tracy was no exception. Her complete familiarity with my case and the challenges I faced help to ease my stress and demonstrated the amount of time and care they put Into every patient. After a few more days of direct observation I was home where I belong, thanks to my doctors, my nurses, my nursing assistants, and all the technicians and specialist that saw me through this very difficult and challenging time of my life.
