He explained the entire process as well as each step as he was applying the leads. The location was clean, the room was clean, a bit sterile in appearance but thar was ok. They stagger the patients so the tech has time to spend with each one to get them set up and ready. Overall, it was a good experience.

When I did see a PA for the wound that should have been dressed by a urgent care they called the fire department and a ambulance! What a waste of county resources! I was transferred to a local er that was on lock down. I sat in that hospital ER for 16 hours overnight! When The ER physician was finally free to help me hours later, he said I do not understand why your doctors urgent care could not address this simple injury. They should have dressed it with a topical antibiotic cream. I wholeheartedly agree. When I tried to talk to the to the office manager the next day, I was unheard and treated disrespectfully. These tests were done to rule-in or rule-out the beginnings of Dementia. After the Dr's review of the tests, he determined that there are no signs of any illness however, due to a noticeable loss of memory that shared with him. He prescribed a medication he felt might assist with mitigating that issue. I cross my fingersthis will be the fix or at least stop the episodes in their tracks. Doctor would send me medication to Pharmacy, I would need a PA, I would called, I email and NOTHING!! All they would say was " We will let our RN who is in charge know " and nothing was done. I needed a refill and I would have to called multiple times and sometimes they wouldn't answer me, they would answer and transfer me without say hello, but always transferred me to a dead line that NEVER PICKS UP OR RETURN YOUR CALL! I was nothing but nice to them even tho how they would treat me. I feel disrespected and no honor. I will report this Medical group. Doctors are great but office staff its sad. Only one that was willing to help me was Hannah Atiff. I didn't want to move because I liked the doctors all of them were nice. My favorite was Dr Salem but it's hard to work with this Medical group if they are disconnected from the doctors. If I was the owner I would clean up the house. I can keep going but I'll just stop there. If you have chance go somewhere else just do it .
