Bed room was a good size, bed was comfy and sleep tech made me feel so comfortable was great at explaining everything and made what I thought would be a stressful experience a good one. Only thing is for girls....get ready for straight up goop in your hair. I couldn't wait to go home and wash it out.

He even admitted he couldn't get readings in some areas and blamed the machine, but still said the findings were normal. I was bleeding during the procedure, and Arindra had such poor bedside manner. I kept saying that it hurt, but it was like he either didn't care or was low-key torturing patients. At this point, I'm wondering if I have a low tolerance for pain because the whole thing was so rough. I ended up with a few bruises and hematomas at the sites that were tested. Don't get an EMG done by the person they call "Jay." I refuse to call this one a doctor. A technician would have been gentler. This man even jabbed my web finger last, and honestly, it felt like he enjoyed causing pain. SMH. Even after the test was over, I had to ask him if it was actually done. There was no clear communication. This experience was traumatizing. I went in expecting a medical professional to be attentive, explain the procedure, listen when I said I was in pain, and treat me with some basic bedside manner. Instead, I left bruised, with hematomas, and feeling like my pain and concerns were completely dismissed. I would never recommend this provider based on my experience.

My snoring was so loud that my wife had me sleep in the guestroom. I was falling sleep more often at the wheel and almost got into an accident, but I just cannot wear the old fashion facemask (CPAC machine). This treatment center offers a state of the art, specially made mouthpiece to wear at night that opens up the airway, addressing the throat from closing while sleeping. The building they use was an old Victorian style house converted into their sleep center. That's an extra plus for me because I appreciate nice, kept, old buildings. The rest of the staff is also wonderful to work with and very friendly. If you suffer from insomnia, loud snoring and/or sleep apnea, you will not regret visiting this center for sleep disorder in Redlands, CA. BIG THUMBS UP!!

Then the pandemic hit. After the pandemic I took my son back to his primary physician to do an annual check-up on my kiddos. She asked me how his surgery went which at that time I told her that they told me he was fine and did not need it. This is when she turned the computer screen around and pointed to the test results which stated that my son had moderate to severe sleep apnea and that surgery was recommended to remove the adenoids and tonsils. Now we have to go through the whole process all over again. I would not recommend this office at all. We are now going through the whole process again and I refused the referral to this office.

She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and travel time to get there from a somewhat remote location. Last night I showed up to the facility, grateful to find a rolling, iron-barred, locking gate securing overnight patient vehicles in the rear lot. I was met at the door by a very warm and friendly sleep specialist, Laura, who first came out to lock the gate and greet me. I was led to my room which was clean and ready. Very, very basic. A clean room, clean bed and pillows, TV, a fan, WiFi and a small table. Not as homey as I expected, but enough. My expectations were silly in retrospect. After all, I was in a lab to be studied and monitored for my benefit, and my needs were adequately met. My specialist/nurse/attendant Laura was just great. Her "bedside manner" was 5-star exceptional. She answered every question I had enthusiastically and kindly. She listened carefully to all my concerns, questions and needs, looking me in the eye and without interruption. Unusually attentive. I really appreciated her. It was an odd but interesting, complex experience to be connected to the monitor and figure out a comfortable position to sleep, but I did get to sleep. In my case, my weight, age, and current health led to my suspected issue: stopping breathing in the middle of the night. Laura was monitoring my sleep, so she immediately awakened me to address my need for a CPAP breathing accessory. The process was quick and thorough, finding a comfortable mask/air breathing accessory that fit me, and then quietly left. I dropped off to sleep easily, and for the first time in a decade or more, I slept through the night with no more lost sleep and bathroom interruptions. I awoke so refreshed that I couldn't believe how great the sleep was. Finally my snoring and choking-myself-awake was fixed, and I got deep sleep cycles. Oh my goodness! Thank you, dear Laura, for your gentle, friendly, knowledgeable care. You were outstanding.

Danielle seems really sweet, but I truly wish we just got more out of our experience with her. Similar to what another posting had mentioned... I had really high hopes and was super excited to work with Danielle after the initial consultation. I had only booked 2 weeks of coaching which was $400. The services guide that was given to me says 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. I understand not responding to 4 AM texts but there were days that went by where I wouldn't hear a peep from Danielle. She pretty much ghosted us after week one. About 2 weeks after the initial two week contract, I received a phone call from Danielle apologizing, which I appreciated; however, I would've preferred upfront communication instead of feeling like I got scammed out of $400. She did offer to get my daughter in a good place for sleeping to make up for the fact that she was not really reachable during the two week contract but here we are again... a month and a half later and I haven't heard anything from her. No follow up or "how's your daughter doing with her sleep?" I've almost given up at this point because I still have a daughter who struggles with bedtime and still wakes at night, despite our best efforts and I'm out $400. Maybe she would be better when she's in person but I feel like the coaching package was a waste of money.

I kept having to chase her through text. She wouldn't text me sometimes for 1-2 days and this went on for over a week. Finally, I decided that this lack of communication when it comes to my kids is a no no. If this is how she runs her business, it's prob how she runs her life and that is how it will be with me and my kids and I just won't allow that. I went with Balanced Sleep instead and the professionalism and communication has been night and day.
