Bed room was a good size, bed was comfy and sleep tech made me feel so comfortable was great at explaining everything and made what I thought would be a stressful experience a good one. Biggest worry was feeling like I would be bothering him if I needed something but he was accommodating and you could tell truly cared about his job. Results took about a week and a half. Only thing is for girls....get ready for straight up goop in your hair. I couldn't wait to go home and wash it out.

He even admitted he couldn't get readings in some areas and blamed the machine, but still said the findings were normal. I was bleeding during the procedure, and Arindra had such poor bedside manner. I kept saying that it hurt, but it was like he either didn't care or was low-key torturing patients. At this point, I'm wondering if I have a low tolerance for pain because the whole thing was so rough. I ended up with a few bruises and hematomas at the sites that were tested. Don't get an EMG done by the person they call "Jay." I refuse to call this one a doctor. A technician would have been gentler. This man even jabbed my web finger last, and honestly, it felt like he enjoyed causing pain. SMH. Even after the test was over, I had to ask him if it was actually done. There was no clear communication. This experience was traumatizing. I went in expecting a medical professional to be attentive, explain the procedure, listen when I said I was in pain, and treat me with some basic bedside manner. Instead, I left bruised, with hematomas, and feeling like my pain and concerns were completely dismissed. I would never recommend this provider based on my experience.

It was so cold that even after extra blankets, I shivered all night long. Since I could sleep comfortably, I wonder what the point of the accuracy (or validity) of my sleep study report is. The report was vague and lacked specific details or severity of the diagnosis. My doctor was unable to explain. Thus, I called them for more explanation. The first two calls were never followed up with any action. When I called the third time, I was told that the reports are done by a contracted outside doctor (vendor) and they can try. Again, I never received any details or even a phone call. It was a waste of time and money for unprofessional and incompetent service. Thanks for nothing!
