I initially texted them to get my camera fixed. They told me they wouldn't get stock in till Wednesday so I said "ok let do Wednesday then." They said "alright how about the afternoon". I said "I said that's perfect I'm off work at 4:30". Never got a reply to that. I texted and called that Wednesday never got anything back. Waited till that next Monday. I called roughly 5 times no one answered I texted about 4 times with no response. Also I messaged them on Facebook with no response. Never got anything back at any point. What's the point in having a business if they don't even take your calls. Also you can't schedule anything online because their "schedule it yourself tool" only goes up to iPhone 8's.
