They did a great job! Repaired my cracked iPhone 10 screen in 30 min. Comfy sofa to sit and wait with a tv. They do not use Apple screens bc Apple screens are very expensive to replace, but it looks just the original screen I had! Still bright and the touch screen is just as sensitive as before. Love this place! Brought a phone here for water damage that they gave me a quick fix for until i could purchase a new one. (Water damaged phones almost never survive unless you replace everything, cheaper to buy a new one) Had them also replace a bettery in the same phone before it got water damaged and never had any issues! I came in to the business on June 6th 2020. I needed to repair a cracked iPhone XS Max screen, they repaired the phone and I paid $250. My problem started June 8th, 2020, a green line appeared across my iPhone screen. I went into the Business on June 9th, 2020 three days after it was initially repaired. I told them how the green line appeared on my screen randomly. I was told you must've dropped it, that's the only way that happens. I told him once again, I did not drop it the line appeared on my screen. He proceeded to tell me that the warranty will not cover it because the business where he gets the screen won't credit him back. Yet, the warranty policy states "We offer a risk free 90 day warranty on all replacement parts that we install for you. If the part is defective or not working as it should within 90 days just bring the device back to us and we will fix it free of charge for you." So the warranty means nothing, I had to pay another $150. read more

BEWARE!!! I can't even give one star but it's making me. I brought my iPad in for water damage to see if it could be repaired. Long story short, after 2 1/2 weeks of calls to them to see where my iPad was, calling the cops to see if they could get my iPad back, they finally admitted that they could not FIND MY IPAD!! Yes, couldn't find!!! The owner said he had NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY IPAD EXCEPT THAT IT MUST HAVE BEEN STOLEN BY AN EMPLOYEE! After I threatened to take them to civil court, he OFFERED me the deal of SELLING me an iPad air (like mine) for $100. My brother who is a lawyer advised me to take the deal since it would cost more to sue and that there would have been a good chance that no one could fix it anyway because of the water damage. I ended up having to take the deal or I wo have had no iPad at all. read more

Had them replace my iPhone 7 screen-i noticed it was cloudy. He said "oh we probably put on a wrong screen bring it back!" Brought it back, replaced the screen again-and again the screens colors are all faded and cloudy! The guy said a new shipment is expected in 2 days... 2 days later went in and same crap but now my screen jumps around and doesn't work with my fingers well and my home button is popped out. I wish I had read Laura's post before going to this business. I left my iPad with this business and requested a price quote prior to repair. I was assured that I would be contacted and advised what the "diagnostic" would reveal. After not hearing from them for five (5) days, I called to check on the progress. I was told a different story each time I called. Absolutely, the worst customer service and rudest personnel I have ever encountered. Finally was able to pick up my iPad - which was not diagnosed - and to add insult to injury was required to pay a $50 diagnostic fee. read more

I brought a galaxy S7 edge to have the screen replaced. It was replaced with a defective screen. That wasnt their fault. They ordered another screen but did not keep me updated so I waited a few extra days for nothing. Dropped phone off to be repaired, wasnt called when it was ready despite being told that they would, 2nd time they failed to keep me updated. Received phone with new screen and and a now faulty home button. Now the home button wiggles and rocks back and forth. Told tech about it and he treated me as if I was crazy and told me that HE didnt see an issue with it. Asked to speak to manager, was made to wait 15 minutes. Spoke to manager, he was unwilling to fix the home button because theyd have to buy a new screen but offered me a 1 year warranty on the button.... I already pay for a warranty, why do I need another. TLDR My screen was replaced but home button was damaged/ not installed correctly. Business was unwilling to repair damage. Now resale value is lessened. read more
