I had…read morebeen familiar with her creative work for a few years, and she was our first call when my husband and I started planning our wedding back in early 2020. Through the rollercoaster of planning a wedding during COVID-19, Adri remained cool, calm, creative and flexible. She helped us downsize our 300+ person wedding into a gorgeous and incredibly special micro wedding with our immediate families. Adri is an incredibly detailed process manager and her design sense is unparalleled. But what really sets her apart is her beautiful spirit and passion for creating extraordinary events. It is truly a joy to work with her, and she radiates a calming presence that puts everyone at ease. She treats her clients like family, and is kind and collaborative with every vendor. There were so many instances when Adri went WAY above and beyond the scope of our contract to make sure every our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Even her amazing husband Gabe (who is a full-time firefighter) showed up on multiple occasions to help! Miami is an intimidating place to plan a wedding, and she made the process smooth and easy. Having someone with expertise surrounding budgets, reliable vendors, and flexible venues is key to being stress-free while planning a wedding. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the "best wedding we've ever been to." Day of, she and her team were amazing. Super organized, professional. Directed us, the guests, vendors to where we needed to be each minute through the day. Yesenia, Marijose, and Logan all played a big role in giving us a seamless wedding. We couldn't have done it without them. When my original dream wedding couldn't happen because of COVID in 2020, I told Jess to hold onto my deposit because one day, we'd still make it happen. And she did just that! Fast forward to our 5th year vow renewal week in Sicily, and it was everything I could've ever dreamed of and more. Jess made our vow renewal week in Sicily not just possible--but truly magical. From start to finish, she handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and heart. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, coordinating seamlessly across time zones, different vendors, and language barriers ‍ to ensure everything ran perfectly and flawlessly.     Late post: To help…read moresupport continued excellence for future clients, I wanted to share a few learnings from the perspective of the bridal party, based on input from several members of the group. While many of these were behind-the-scenes details, they had a real impact on our experience as the bridal party and family. Bianca's professionalism: Rude - smart and snarky comments - "That's what I said" when asked for confirmation of direction/instruction - Going back and forth with bridal party Overall highly disorganized from start to dinner: - Multiple times party was unsure of what to do/where to go - Rehearsal was pointless as we didn't follow anything we practiced but the order to stand in (tall to short) - Having us go back and forth multiple times in heels due to unclear direction from Bianca and team - Bianca arguing with staff including photographers and Dave in front of everyone - Two groomsmen were left out of the opening entrance due to being rushed and not accounted for beforehand - Eating appetizers while working with us in close proximity (trying to physically move us in posing positions with a bbq meatball in her hand.) We are ALL wearing satin and she did this next to the brides WHITE dress! - Treated bouquet babes (flower girl moms) with complete disregard. Made comments like "you're not a part of the bridal party so you won't take pics" as well as "you're not a part of the party, so sit down as you 'can't' do the entrance with them". - Stealing an umbrella from rehearsal which she adamantly denies even though it was the only working one present that we brought... Photographers: - Overall rude - Did not know how to pose us and did not specify when they were actually taking pics versus getting light / lens situated - Pushing bridal party to the side and rushing because of lack of preparation - No solo photos - As of 12/31/25, we have not received all photos from this wedding that was held beginning of October. Just in case timing matters to a future couple, it's seems 8-12 weeks is a suggestion. I do not care if this was the "last wedding" at this venue (even though someone else toured DURING our rehearsal...), professionalism is expected ESPECIALLY for a once in a lifetime celebration. It was to the point the entire bridal party, though acting accordingly, were over it and very irritated before walking out for the reception. This was supposed to be a happy and joyful moment with our friends and family and we walked out with fake smiles just wanting to sit down and finally get away from Bianca. There's a difference between wedding planning AND day of coordinating. Difference being - PLANNING/DICTATING vs EXECUTING. This wedding was not executed the way we expected/hoped for and it sorely messed with our experience and memories. We are hoping we can salvage some of the photos from that day, however, two and a half months later... only select proofs have been sent and, most recently, a 10-minute video. So we are clear, an email was sent with all of this directly to Bianca following the wedding, which she responded to almost immediately dismissing/deflecting majority of the above concerns/behaviors experienced. All in all, she's not a true detail oriented person. She checks major things off the list but leaves a lot of the finer details to chance. Something that should also be noted to future consumers.

As the day unfolded with its usual twists and last-minute changes, setup chaos, and pre-ceremony nerves, Bianca handled everything with grace and efficiency. One moment I'll never forget: just before I was about to walk down the aisle, we realized I wasn't wearing my veil. I turned around in panic, and there was Bianca holding my train. Without hesitation, she sprinted across the venue mid-ceremony to retrieve it and made it back just in time to secure it in place. I walked down the aisle without missing a beat all thanks to her. Bianca had never worked at our venue before, yet you would never know it. She was adaptable, composed, and truly a joy to be around. Though she was "just" the assistant coordinator that day, she brought the energy and attention of someone fully invested. I can only imagine how incredible she is when leading her own events. So grateful to have had her support. Highly recommend!
