True to what has been mentioned in other reviews, Alex was on the job from start to finish - not only supervising his amazing 8-man crew, but actively participating. He took lots of photos from up on the roof so that he could show us progress and explain the unexpected trouble issues that they found as they stripped the old shingles. The crew took care to protect all of the landscaping and outdoor deck spaces while they worked, and cleaned up every speck of debris when they were done. They even went the extra mile by adding some missing vent covers, and painted all the vents and flashing.
