He explained everything that he would be doing and what we could expect. We paid for a premium package I believe and while expensive, well worth it. You receive 360 photos of every room and a floor plan. While waiting for closing to come, we've relied heavily on those two items to start mapping out our plans. We also loved how the detailed report comes with a graph showing estimated pricing for repairs. We can use this to budget our repair expenses and also as a starting point for tasks. We knew that we'd have a good amount of work ahead of us. Kelby explained what things he would worry about and what things would be easy fixes.
