Instead of the owner (the Master Electrician) his brother came with a helper. The helper was very good and assessed the issue and did things that should have been done during the first visit. So, I was happy until I got the bill and was charged the same fee, which I assumed was for a Master Electrician. The service that I recevied was good but did not warrant what I was charged. I think you are committing fraud and a disservice to your customers when you charge them the Master Electrician rate and a handyman knowledgeable about electrical work steps in your place.
