Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. I ordered a planter that arrived in the worst packaging imaginable--broken styrofoam everywhere, leaving me with a mess that took hours to clean. To make matters worse, the planter turned out to be too small for the plant I bought it for, all because the site only listed the dimensions for the widest part of the planter, not the actual opening. When I asked about the inaccurate dimensions, their reply was basically: "That's what the manufacturer provides. Good day!" No empathy, no offer to return or refund--just complete dismissal. Please don't give this place your business.
