    I stopped in with a coworker to look for office furniture. The selection is limited but we decided to browse around. This store is huge. It's neat and organized. The layout makes it easy to navigate between sections. They have plenty of staff on the floor. I noticed about 6 people walking around. A few of them asked if we needed assistance. There's a kiosk where you can look up items and see all the inventory available. There's a small clearance section in the back with artwork, lamps, rugs, pillows, and other decor.

    We have had great experiences with sales teams in the store HOWEVER if you have to schedule delivery - do not buy from them. They do not stand by any issues which arise during delivery, including holes in walls due to careless and unskilled delivery people. Its worth paying more at other furniture companies if you are left with bills to repair home damage. Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Don't outsource your deliveries to companies you don't hold accountable.

    They delivered my two rocker recliners and to my dismay trying to keep them in the recline mode was a fight. Every time you moved a little bit the chairs went upright. My grand children were not even STRONG enough to force a recline. Unless an adult sat way back on the chair it would NOT stay in the recline mode. Ashley sent in an independent 3rd party to access and possible adjust the chairs. They said there was no further adjustment and the store would contact me soon. The store manager told me the service company would first come to my house then he could give credit so i could get a different chair . The store called and said nothing they could do. I sold the two chairs for 1/2 of what i paid (only had them 4 months) licked my wounds and went to HAVERTY'S STORE when i bough two nice chairs. I WILL NERVER STEP INTO AN ASHLEY STORE AGAIN....

    Do not Do Not Buy here!!! Defect and poorly made furnitures. Purchased a set of sofa and loveseat. Sofa was making creaking noises upon delivery. Had them exchange it for another one. The 2nd replacement sofa broken within 2 months. They couldn't repair it. It snapped in the middle and the wooden part was sticking out. They sent another one. Mind you this is the third time I am having issues. They sent another new one. The 3rd sofa they sent have issues with creaking noises again upon delivery. So they have to replace it once again. The 4th sofa seem fine at first but now is broken within a few months of light use. The wood snapped and is now sticking out of the sofa. So tell me how are we sent four sofas and they all have issues. This is a recurring problem and it is absolutely ridiculous.. Haven't been a whole year yet and already replaced the sofas FOUR FREAKING TIMES. Doesn't matter if they fix it or send a new one....it is not holding up. Either the style have some major design flaw or manufacturing issues. I don't know but my family is extremely frustrated with Ashley furniture and we expected quality products but in return giving junk as furnitures. Wasted so much money and time with this back and forth mess. Please don't be fool by how pretty everything is staged at the place or all the gimmicks of warranties they sell you. Take your money elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble. Wish I had knew and read the reviews before buying from them. Updated to David B from Ashley Furnitures who replied back-- the only reason why you replace and fix is because it is still under warrenty and you have to. What happen when the one year warrenty is over. Will you still continue to keep replacing my crappy furniture that you sold me or would I be getting that line sorry mam you no longer have warrenty on that. Put that in writing or in a contract that you would continue to replace the sofa for life without charge!!!!!!!

    This has been the worst experience. We order the couch in the beginning of March delivered the first time in April - all pieces are ruined couldn't even off load them from the truck. The customer service center was terrible . Yolonda (cs agent) kept blaming me for denying the delivery and the long wait time (which was covid related and I understand that) During the next month and a half they couldn't tell us a date or where the furniture was. They continued to tell they would follow up on certain dates and never did we continued to have to call back. June 2nd we get a call around 2 saying it will be delivered the next day at 8am?! Thanks for the heads up! So now I have a couch but it's filthy! Hand prints and dirt marks all over it! I wanted more pieces from this company but I think this will be the last purchase from there. Kitchen and dining room will go somewhere else!

Richard helped us in store by showing us our options, let us stretch out on all the sample beds, explained the many differences between all the options, and pricing plans. We received a number of "gifts" with our purchase and ultimately even bought some awesome new pillows to go with our new bedding. Might as well go all the way, right? Today our new goodies arrived and, man, were those guys good. They were professional and quick. Ten minutes, out with old, in with the new, old packed up for takeaway and plastic coverings gone. WOW. Under new owners Gina and Davis I have purchased 4 other mattresses and I have always been extremely pleased with the quality ,value and especially the customer service. Just recently, due to my physical handicap, I needed a more accommodating bed frame and mattress to meet my current needs and returned to CBM because of my previous positive purchases.To say that they were helpful is an understatement. After we settled on mattresses and adjustable frames we received a call from Gina a few days later saying that a sales representative had just come to their store and showed them a frame that would further assist me with my physical needs.This frame added a high low option as well as a trendelenburg option to the adjustable frame we just purchased. I had been researching " hospital " beds and for a twin king with the above options and it was over 13, 000 dollars . Gina said she didn't want to sell me anything until they ordered it , set it up in the store. And checked it all out.Well, it was the perfect choice as well as saving me a ton of money. Davis delivered it to the house and since it was a first time experience it took about 2 hrs to assemble and show us how all worked. He even contacted me a few days later to see how we were doing with the bed.SO... check this store out BEFORE you go online or visit another store! Also , if you are looking for a hospital bed that doesn't look like one, visit their store and check out the features I mentioned above.You will be very pleased you did! Stephen Shackel
