I love my doctors, GP, NP and OB very patient and attentive to my needs. Never an issue. They are pretty heavy on portal usage and callbacks so getting to someone on the phone first try isn't happening. I'll say the practice needs to hire a decent cleaner for the rooms. RUN AWAY! Do not choose Invision Health if you actually want healthcare and not be treated like a pariah. See my and dozens of other reviews: Went to Invision via a referral from my GP for ADHD/Autism testing. This was to be done in two rounds of tests. Went to the first test and it seemed to go well. When it came to the second phase of testing, they called me a week and then two days in advance of the appointment to remind me, but then the day before the appointment called me to tell me that my insurance company never approved it and I would be required to pay $1800 out of pocket for the appointment the next day, or wait 5-6 months for another appointment. They never inquired with the insurance company as to why it had not yet been approved when it had been in process for months. They never warned me that it hadn't been approved, despite having contacted me twice before the actual appointment. Had they done a modicum of followup with the insurance company regarding the fact that it hadn't been approved yet, I could have had time to contact the insurance company to find out what was going on in time for the appointmenet. They did not bother to do this and then blamed me and the insurance company for their own lack of care and due diligence. I was justifiably upset about this and ended up forcing Invision and the insurance company in a conference call because they both kept blaming each other. The insurance company claimed they never received the request but Invision insists they sent it BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP ON IT! Invision then called me to inform me they were dropping me as a patient because they didn't like the way I advocated for my own healthcare by leaving 3-4 frustrated voicemails over the course of the last month, trying to get them to communicate with me. The two people I actually saw in person (Dr. Waterman and someone else I can't remember) seemed to be nice people, but this company overall is awful. They do not know how to communicate, they drop the ball with insurance and then blame you and the insurance company and everyone but themselves, they offered no help at all with this insurance issue and were very cold about it. They will offer excuses and then drop you like it's your fault when you try to advocate for yourself. Important note: If you have had services rendered by this practice, good luck getting the results and/or your records. They will stonewall and ignore your requests until you give up. read more

This office is a pure money grab. They do not offer any reminder calls, texts, or emails, in the hopes that you miss your appointment and they can hit you with a no show fee. It is honestly the only doctor of any type, including dentists, that I have experienced that do not offer a reminder service. That tells me they do not actually care about their patients, everything is purely a business transaction with them. I recommend staying away from them. read more

Writing on behalf of Steven B: Let me start off by saying Dr. Miller has been absolutely amazing. But the staff in the other hand at the front desk, absolute nightmare. Don't go here. Avoid this place at all cost. The front desk staff are extremely rude and condescending. They will scream at you in your face and on the phone. They tell you are wrong even after MULTIPLE letters from your lawyer to stop sending me bills and charge workmen's compensation . Let me also make this clear it is also FRAUD to bill regular insurance while on workers comp. Also while under workman's comp it is required to have physicals since it is related to the claim. To the secretary/nurse who screamed and swore in front of everyone in the office including the doctor, shows that you do not know what you are talking about and you may need to brush up on your knowledge. Trying to get ahold of the office is pulling teeth. You call, leave a voicemail. Call again (might I say call at least 5 times) later that day or even the next day, leave another voicemail. You will not hear from them for at least 4 days. When they do decide to call they will tell you to use the portal. I should not have to use the portal when trying an appointment, refill on medication, or even a medical emergency. You don't even answer when I do use the portal as well. This place is horrible. Avoid at all cost. Go somewhere else if you actually value your health or even mental health. Never have I seen a medical office be this horrible before or so unprofessional. read more

I paid $x,xxx for a psychological evaluation from Dr. Lelito at Invision Health. Dr. Lelito failed to obtain my medical records from my concurrent care providers despite multiple requests by me and my other providers, repeated messages, calls, etc. Dr. Lelito proceeded with an evaluation without the records, which was full of speculation, assumptions, and inaccuracies. Despite being told that I could contact him any time if I had any questions or discuss the report, and despite saying that they would request the records and edit my report, him and his staff have failed to do so a full 6 months after the evaluation was made. Communication is atrocious and I feel like I got scammed by this man and his practice. His lack of care and competency has worsened my disabilities and he should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. read more

I come here about once a week because so many of my doctors are at this locale. My rheumatologist, pain specialist, and therapist are all here. The building is clean and designed interestingly. Now that Covid lives among us, they're very strict about following state guidelines. Their staff has always been pleasant with me, so I'm a bit confused by the other reviews. When I have to leave a message, they're pretty good at getting back to me within 24 hours. The doctors I see are all professional as well, though I can't speak to any of the other ones. I find the check in process a little annoying, but otherwise I am satisfied with Invision Health. read more

I did not visit here but my wife did. The Thermography Rochester practices out of this location and my wife had an appointment. It has been very difficult throughout the years to find thermography anywhere near local so it was nice that they practice out of a few different places in WNY to make it more accessible. If you are looking into a non invasive form of treatment they offer thermography for dental and thyroid, breast exam, and/or full body make up. read more

I am mainly speaking of their pain management. I never get a call back in a timely matter or if at all. When I check in they accuse you of not paying bills that were paid and have the idea it's OK to criticize you for not paying it and then say now is not the time? Really? You brought it up. Also due to their lack of getting back to to their patients In a n average manner I'm now on the hook for a 700 prescription. Thanks for that. Money is the number one concern here, nothing else. Profit is number one and patient care is not in their culture. They don't care about anything except making money. Of all the departments you call the only ones that answer is billing. I drive a chronic pain patient to this office. This means I am required to put in an advance 1 week notice for personal time off work and spend my entire day driving here. They routinely cancel appointments and do not seem to mind putting a patient's treatment on hold when this person spends their entire day squirming in pain (this is year round and has no breaks). And, this is after waiting months and months for treatment options and appointments. I have an idea for those of you engaged in this practice: come to my office so I can put you on hold and inconvenience your staff!! How about that? read more

I removed my initial review, because 3 stars was way too generous. In one year, nothing has changed, in fact, it's gotten worse: The kiosks and check in procedures are the absolute worst. Reception is horrendous and obviously they cannot get anyone that actually wants that job. When I went to the manager about the kiosks, to make a helpful suggestion, I was treated terribly. I DO NOT recommend a nurse practitioner if you actually need medical care. No matter how nice the NP's seem, they are not doctors and care more about protecting their licenses than patient care. They can CONTINUE care that was made by a DOCTOR, but they are very timid about GIVING care. They shuffle you off to specialists or anyone else they can. Doctors may be abrupt and NP's might appear to be "nice"; but it's your LIFE, don't put it into the hands of a little girl who only cares about her precious license and paycheck. If bloodwork comes back with abnormal results, don't expect to hear from the NP, because they're afraid they might have to make a medical decision, so they ignore you, hoping you'll be someone else's problem. Also, the nurses are morbidly obese and disgusting. This practice deserves negative stars. The doctor here may be excellent, not that you'll ever get to see him. If you find this practice, keep looking. read more

In an urgent sensitive situation Clarice Hart NP, a provider at Invision Health, was aggressive, lacked compassion and was rude. She needs a few more years of experience in practice interacting with patients and most definitely needs additional training to improve her interpersonal communication skills.... Not much has changed except I am getting older. Their care of my body is still first rate. A doctor that I had there has left but that was no loss. We will just leave it at that. Brian Karaszewski is your man at Invision, if you can get him. He's a darn knowledgeable Doctor with a great bedside manner. I don't know how they do their assignments up there but as I said if you can get yourself attached to Dr. Karaszewski do it you won't be making a mistake. In addition one of the nice things about envision is that it is a large group, you won't get lost, it consists of doctors and skills of many levels and areas of expertise. I take back my one star review. I recently made a Urologist appt as recommended by my primary care physician. I did not know that he is a part of Invision. I received an email mentioning my upcoming appt without mentioning time or date and thought it was spam. The office called today and explained that was only a pre-registration form and that an email confirming my appt will be sent later. I would recommend that they make the purpose of the form a little clearer so others don't make the same mistake. read more

This place is nothing but a bureaucracy. I was suffering from a migraine and sitting right in front of a pain management nurse who said she could help me, but she would have to get me scheduled to come back another day. I said, "I'm in horrible pain right now. Is there anything you can do now?" She said, "Oh, we have to get you scheduled." "I'm in pain right now. You can't reschedule pain. What am I supposed to do?" She told me to go to the ER. I said, "I've been down that road before. All they're going to do is give me, 'the drug du jour,' send me home in pain and tell me to follow up with my regular doctor. I'm here now. Is there anything you can do for me now?" "We're booked solid. We have to get you scheduled." I found another doctor who treated the cause of my problem and I am doing much better. read more

On September 19, 2022, Dr Michael Landi performed an Anterior lumbar interbody fusion with anterior instrumentation at L5-S1 and on September 26, 2022, Dr Michael Landi performed a Posterior instrumentation on my wife. She was to spend 1 night in the hospital and return home on September 27, 2022. On the morning of September 27, 2022, while getting out of bed at Kenmore Mercy Hospital she experienced weakness and severe pain in her left leg. It was decided not to release my her. Tests were run including a CT scan and it was decided that she needed physical therapy for 3 to 5 days. She was sent to Garden Gate Health Care Facility where she spent 2 weeks going through physical therapy while still experiencing severe pain in her left leg. The entire time she was on various medications including oxycodone, gabapentin, and baclofen. She spent most of her time sleeping and being generally out of it to the point where she soiled herself on a few occasions. She had very little appetite and lost 17 pounds. During this time no one from Invision Health bothered to check on her progress. She was released on October 14, 2022. Upon returning home the pain in her left leg diminished to severe pain in her left foot and especially her large toe in addition to developing swelling and pins and needles in her left foot. She found it impossible to sleep in a bed and slept in a recliner for several days. She walked with the aid of a walker for several weeks eventually graduating to canes and a foot brace for her left leg. She is still having trouble walking and there is little improvement with the foot drop she has experienced since day 1 despite several weeks of physical therapy. In addition, she had another surgery in December 2022 to relieve pressure on a pinched nerve which provided little relief. To this day she is still taking gabapentin 4 times a day since the pain in her left foot continues along with the foot drop. Any healing has appeared to have plateaued. She has had several office visits at Invision Health, none of which had been with Dr Landi. The result of the visits is always the same, the nerves are healing, and the pain should resolve in time. No one seemed interested in finding the source of the pain, especially Dr Landi who had gone into hiding. Through this whole ordeal she has only actually seen Dr Landi 4 times. On September 7, 2023, she had an office visit at Invision Health, still no Dr Landi. She was told that there was nothing else that could be done for her. She was referred to a pain specialist due to the continuing pain in her leg and foot. She had a Sprint PNS System implanted for 60 days which helped somewhat with the pins and needles, but the pain remains. As for the foot drop, she was told it is probably permanent. So, the surgery that was supposed to help her has caused more grief than the original problem. Due to the foot drop and a general unsteadiness, she is unable to take long walks and hikes which she always enjoyed. She even finds it difficult to navigate stairs. read more

Invision health has some if the worst care providers. They try to cut costs by doing everything in house and ultimately they hurt their patients. When you see a PA your not allowed to see a doctor there. If you have any issues they create a scene and blame you. The practice manager practically attacked me after she was brought out when I said I will speak with your manager later. I was told I know nothing about medical world when asking a question. The employees hide there name rags and will not allow you to know there name. State violation. Never go here. They are twisted. read more

My husband *just* got hung up on by an awesome- woman who took his call. Talk about wonderful customer service ... I opted to try Dr. Slater based on the positive Yelp reviews. And while my husband and I both had a positive experience with him during our annual check-up, the service we've received -- including a bill for our annual physical a prior service rep in the office said we *shouldn't* have received in the first place -- is frustrating beyond belief. I don't know who is in charge of the protocol there, but one person telling you your initial (annual physical) was incorrectly annotated on *their* end, and another saying you basically get charged for your first visit -- regardless if it's an annual physical or not -- before hanging up on you is not the embodiment of wonderful customer service. Both my husband and I enjoyed Dr. Slater, his wit, and his personable approach during our *annual physicals* (ironically, my husband isn't being charged for his annual physical ... but I am), but sadly might have to look for another general physician as we refuse to deal with a company who employs people who hang up on people and seeks payment for a visit they already said was incorrectly charged. Invision Health pain management doesn't care what your issues are. If they don't want to be bothered with you and totally ignore you. I've been trying for weeks just to talk with my provider. No reply. I can hardly move but they don't care. They just care about making a point. They don't treat you like a patient for sure. Don't ever go to Qiana, she can't admit maybe she made a mistake and she's wrong. They sure like to belittle you and incenuate your a liar if something doesn't come out perfect. Even the office managers don't care. They won't try to resolve any issues with you. It's a joke. I'm easy to get along with so you know there is a problem. I went to our local hospital after I received instructions from the VA which told me there wouldn't be any charge to me. Two weeks after I was real least I get a bill from Invision Healthhtelling me I owe 1800.00. I have called this company several times and left messages after being on hold FOREVER. This company has never got back to me and only offers me a way to pay rather then the opportunity to tell them I don't owe them any money. I never even heard of this company when I went to the ER. I have a very important specialist I see there so I have to put up with the rude office staff, lack of returning calls until I got stern on my voicemails. Who wants to have to call their docs office and get attitude and then you actually have to get stern for them to do their jobs if you can even get a human on the phone. It is the most disorganized place ever. They printed out my medicine list and had down that I had no known allergies. Well I have quite a few and some causing serious anaphylaxis. They decided hey let's cram in a spa, Pt gym, chiropractic office, and then docs get one room to see their patients because there is every specialty under the moon in that office. I made an appointed there because my doctor was retiring and I was scheduled to see DR. Scaleo and have yet to see him. I told the very nice lady that was scheduling my next appointment that I wanted to see the DOCTOR. I was informed he was going on vacation. Ross never even introduced himself at my first appointment. I wanted to ask him about having a TENS UNIT for my pain. He never gave me the opportunity. He just dictated to me what medications he was going to give or not give me and then LEFT the room. Can't say enough about the atrocious customer service this organization has. My son had a wellness check-up with Dr. Jean Cange. He is wonderful. However, when we arrived we were told that the appointment had been scheduled the day before. Not true. Due to work schedules, I would never have made an appointment on that day. The staff insisted that the appointment had been moved to later in the month going so far to tell my husband that I had walked in and changed the appointment. Nope. I did not walk in and change the appointment. Interesting that my son's appointment was scheduled on the 2nd of the month and they insisted that it was for the 22nd. They could not accept their error and now are charging us for a missed appointment. Even though we love Dr. Cange, the staff at InvisionHealth is so awful that we're seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. They don't answer the phones. They don't call you back. They're rude when you check in and out. We wish Dr. Cange would move to a different medical group. One star is too many. I wish there was a 1/2 star option. read more

contacted Invision Health during the winter months as I had health concerns I wanted to see a doctor for. At that time an appointment was not available with the doctor for over 1 month due to scheduling and Dr. K's vacation. I was offered an appointment with either a nurse practitioner or a P.A. I declined that offer due to the fact that my copay is the same regardless of who I saw so I preferred to see the doctor and get my moneys worth and the best expertise. I advised the girl on the phone that I no longer want to be a patient here because this is not the first time that I have been ill, wanted to see a doctor in a reasonable amount of time and yet I could not. So I told the lady on the phone I no longer wanted to be a patient and I will be looking for a new doctor. That lady did not inform me that I had a pre-scheduled appointment for a physical on 7/31 nor did she ask me if I wanted to cancel it. Instead she heard what I had to say, made no attempt to save me as a patient or cancel my appointment on 7/31 so another patient could have my appointment. Instead she said nothing, kept my appointment on the calendar and then their company had the nerve to send me a bill for $50 for a missed appointment on 7/31/18. Also, I never received a reminder call. If I had, I would have called to cancel within the acceptable amount of time to avoid a fee. So not only did your company not cancel my appointment, your company made it impossible for me to know I had an appointment to cancel to avoid a fee. Everything is "monitored and recorded for training purposes and quality assurance" so I advise you look at your phone records and review the calls. When someone tells you they no longer want to be your patient you do not win them back by not contacting them to remind them of an appointment and you sure as heck don't send them a bill for missing said appointment. This is why I no longer wish to be a patient or do business with any doctor or medical office associated with Invision Health. read more
