I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

I used a Groupon and I just don't get why they'd get upset if we don't want to upgrade, if they don't want to offer a low price deal then why even advertise on Groupon? Makes no sense to me. I even let them take off the tint which was $20 each window, I could've done that part at home myself but I wanted to give them some type of business (eventhough I've already spent money on the Groupon). They should let their work speak for itself and let people decide wether or not they want to come back and get more work done. Sam took the time to walk me through the process, explain everything clearly, and offered real solutions instead of just trying to upsell me. He even recommended a custom sub box specifically tuned for my subs and at a solid price too. I ended up putting down a deposit and will definitely be coming back to get my audio properly retuned.
