Brought my Porsche GT3 here to get full body Suntek Ultra PPF. They did a great job. They also did PPF on my GT4 prior to this. Josh is the new owner of Invisibra and Brian no longer works there, but he does excellent work. He communicated with me through the whole process and sent me emails with updates and pictures. Josh definitely listens to his customers and wraps the car exactly how you want it. If it cannot be done then he will explain why. He takes a little longer than other places but well worth it. I previously took my car to Detail Werkz and I had to have the complete wrapped removed. You can read my review of them also. He showed me a couple soots on the car that he felt weren't done great because of the difficulty of the location, but it still looked 100 times better than the previous job done by Detail Werkz. Highly recommend this place!

First time at Invisibra with my new GsF. You can tell that Brian(owner) is first and foremost a car guy and you can tell that he appreciates the automobiles he wraps. He does not use precut diagrams so he is able to wrap the film around the panels making the film practically "invisible". Loved hanging out at the shop watching him do his thing and seeing the attention to detail. Will clear bra all my cars from now on with Brian.

After initial inquiries with multiple auto detailing businesses in the DFW, I selected Wilson for his product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and effective communication. The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. Upon picking up the car, the results were phenomenal, both inside and out. I look forward to washing the car for the first time to see how easy the dirt just comes off with minimal effort. I would highly recommend Dallas Detailing & Buffing....reach out to Wilson and he will take care of you. (I'm familiar with ceramic coating as I had one of my cars in CA done with the Ceramic Pro product. The coating on that vehicle has stayed true the last 18 months, but it will be interesting to see if Ethos Max Graphene beats it in terms of protective qualities and longevity. Nonetheless, both products are great!)

Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. In summary, if you want your vehicle tint installed professionally by some hard-working honest folks who know their craft really well and care about quality - go see Tony and his wife Lisa.

I even brought in foreign products that most shops probably wouldn't want to deal with, but Tony took the time to research everything to make sure it all worked perfectly together and was installed/applied the right way. I'll definitely be scheduling more services with them in the future since they truly do it all.

Top-Notch Service & Honest Work!…read more Brought my Tesla Performance here for a blackout badge install, and I couldn't be happier. When they removed the old logo, there was some tough factory glue left behind. Instead of risking damage by trying to chisel it off, they took the cautious approach and installed the new badge around it--showing real attention to detail. What really impressed me was their honesty--they didn't charge me for the work as a courtesy. That kind of integrity is rare! I'll definitely be bringing my other Teslas here and recommending them to anyone looking for quality work. 10/10--these guys are perfectionists!

This is going to be long, but if you're considering taking your vehicle here, you should read it…read more I'm being detailed because I genuinely hope it prevents someone else from going through what I did. Thankfully, I also work for many law firms that deal with car wrecks so they know where NOT to send their clients. I've taken my car to this shop for three separate accidents over the years. The first two were mostly body damage repairs and I had no major issues. The third accident, a front-end collision in September 2025, turned into an absolute nightmare. Between September 2025 and May 2026, I had to bring my car back FIVE separate times for the exact same unresolved issues. Eventually, I gave up and took my car elsewhere because Magic Touch still had not properly repaired it and almost caused my insurance company to total the vehicle until I canceled the claim to avoid that. The biggest issue involved my AC system. I repeatedly told them something was still wrong, but instead of actually finding the leak, they kept refilling the refrigerant and sending me on my way. Because of that negligence, my compressor eventually failed and the casing cracked -- despite the compressor only being a little over a year old. Out of those five return visits, they reimbursed my rental car twice after I complained about continuously paying out of pocket because I don't have another vehicle. One visit, they even handed me Visa gift cards after again failing to fix the issue. It honestly felt less like customer service and more like, "We're tired of dealing with you." I also have recordings from my last drop-off. In one, the owner, Brody, points at my car and asks, "What's up with that?" When another employee says, "The AC is having problems again," Brody responds, "Nah, f**k that," while complaining about my car being back again. Maybe if the issue had been fixed the first time, it wouldn't have kept coming back. Every time I returned, I was treated more like an inconvenience than a customer simply asking them to fix the same unresolved problem. Eventually, they had to involve the shop across the street because they couldn't figure it out themselves. One employee texted me the quote from that shop, then later sent me (after I asked the next day) another estimate that was literally DOUBLE what they had originally been told, because "if they denied it then they still had room to cover repairs" is what the text message from the shop said -- and that inflated estimate had already been sent to the insurance company. When the insurance company later contacted me to say they were considering totaling my car, I sent them all the text messages, recordings, and estimates I had received. The adjuster literally told me they were confused because insurance had ended up covering damage that the shop itself may have contributed to through negligence by failing to locate the leak when I originally reported it. The adjuster even used the words "insurance fraud" -- not me. At that point, I took my car elsewhere to a shop that has done major repairs for me before. I'm now paying around $3,400 out of pocket just to finally have my vehicle repaired correctly. To make things even worse, the new shop discovered that Magic Touch had replaced my radiator after the wreck and apparently NEVER added coolant. I brought my car there six total times, including immediately after the accident, and somehow nobody noticed the coolant reservoir was empty? That repair is now being added to my bill along with an expansion valve replacement. You can call me a liar if you want, but I have endless text messages, recordings, invoices, and documentation to back up every single thing I'm saying. The unfortunate reality is that they seem friendly until they no longer want to deal with your vehicle. Once that happens, you absolutely feel it. The ONLY reason this review is getting two stars instead of one is because the body work itself looked decent.

In came Phil and his team to save the day- and my sanity. Stopped by the shop and Phil walked up to me and immediately saw what was I was referring to. (See before pic) He and his team totally turned it around and brought it back to when it was at its prime. Inside and out this thing is MINT. The paint is a mirror- the reflections are crazy- and I look forward to having a fresh coating for easy maintenance going forward. Inside the leather is smooth and supple and conditioned, glass is gleaming, and there isn't a speck of dog hair or anything inside. Total reset and spotless. I could not be happier with how it came out!! And Phil kept me updated DAILY with the status of my truck; with videos and progress reports. This was such a cool thing to do. And much appreciated. I needed my car detailed to pass inspections at the Dallas VPC and Phil went above and beyond!…read more First, I contacted Phil last minute and he was able to schedule me in 5 hours before my VPC appointment time on a Friday. Second, the website stated: "Steam cleaning of all interior surface areas. All door panels, seats and instruments cleaned. Interior vacuumed & glass cleaned. Hand wash exterior, engine bay, undercarriage, and wheel faces cleaned. Exterior protection applied to all painted surfaces." I had dirt and little rocks everywhere from tracking it in my car (it has been raining a lot in Texas), as well as white pet hair in the back seat, and Phil and his team figuratively gave me a BRAND NEW car. When my car was being inspected at the VPC he said, "I'd never have guessed you owned a dog because this interior detailing is spotless." I was already impressed with Phil's work when he showed me the finished product, and I was even more shocked at Phil's work when I was watching the inspector do his review of all the cracks and crevices. Truly amazing attention to detail and craftsmanship! Overall, I can't thank Phil and his team enough for making my car spotless and for helping me pass inspections at the VPC.
