I have though, been to my fair share of these places during bouts of not having access to the internet or a computer, and mostly i have found it quite annoying because inevitably there are a bunch of kids sitting around being noisy. well at this place, which is open 24 hours and located in koreatown near bathurst and bloor, it was SOOOO quiet it was kind of spooky. the lights were all turned down really low; if you had to read anything else besides your computer screen youd surely leave all bug-eyed. for a half hour (perhaps a little bit more) it costs me a buck fifty. cheap by internet cafe standards. and though it always seems quite funny to me to call this place a cafe (as im sure that if i would have gone up to the korean guy up front and whispered to him that id like a cappucino, or even a cup of joe while i type away, the ominous silence in the room would explode into a cacophony of laughter and however many incarnations there are for the word "loser" in korean.) but they seem to have a fair bit of asian and western junk food to keep your video game instincts at their sharpest i suppose.

I know that the ube trend is taking over but PLEASE before you advertise your product as such, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure that you are actually serving the thing. I'm Filipino and not only did I feel so offended by how this tasted, I also felt like I should be refunded. First of, the ube mixture was RED. I don't know where you're getting your ube mixture from but ube is PURPLE. The powder was chunky and did not at all taste like ube. Please, I get it we all want to make money from whats popular but take time to educate yourself. Get it from the right source OR ask a person who knows the product if its being presented right or if tastes remotely close. The staff shared that it's an Earl Grey tea latte. Since this is a flavour I really love, I had to try it out. I don't know if it's the quality of Earl Grey tea leaves or what, this tastes really good and nothing like any other Earl Grey latte I ever had. I hope it sticks around because it really like it! And of course presentation of their drinks is always on point!

The guy at the front tells me yes but usually the client's timelines don't match with their production schedule. I asked how long it takes he said, "It can be an hour or two. You can go to the internet cafe on isabella and yonge. It's just that I can't guaranteed it can be done to meet your deadline" He never even asked me what my deadline was; i needed it for Friday. The fact that he didn't want to take my business for some reason and just assumed i was in a rush turned me off so much. I found another printer to do the job for me and will also using them as the printing vendor for work-related communication products, banners, etc. going forward.

The customer service was good because there was no one else in the shop. There were 5 small tables and a long counter for standing beside. One table had lots of crumbs on it. The shop was reasonably modern and clean. There is easy-listening music playing in the background. They also sell cakes and cookies (new item) from Bakecode, their sister company. There is free WiFi. The shop is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking.
