Brandon was very helpful in providing guidance on selling strategies and gave me a plan to prepare for this recent tax season. Brandon and Diversifi Capital are very easy to work with and provide you with customized content based on your financial planning needs. I highly recommend them!

I love their subscription pricing system as it allows for a monthly payment and relationship build over time, vs a huge lump sum payment that really makes you take a pause. It's pretty brilliant. The team is highly responsive and you can see they have high integrity. I just love this. Onboarding is a challenge if you have many accounts that need to be catalogued, but I have faith they'll improve the process & tools. They offer financial education via video tutorials if that's your thing, but it's not a requirement. The actual consults are organized, efficient, and down to earth in terms of financial vocab. Overall, we're very please and looking forward to working with them for many months to come. Highly recommend!

What I had in mind was a wholly different world and it's a funny thought, I was expecting a jewelry store with bright lights with glimmer all over the walls but that was just my childhood memories when my dad took me with him to a jewelry store to get something for my mom. I already had some gold and only 1oz of silver but, wanted more and committing to invest in it per month. When getting in, I sat down in a waiting lobby with my wife, we wanted check out our first place to buy precious metals and believed that this place had to be it. We were greeted by Ron, he's an amazing and enthusiastic man to work with. He made it easy to understand when breaking down their website on how it displays the spot prices, and that an American Eagle is an American Eagle when I asked what would affect the value when I mentioned specific things like age, cleaning or rusting and or what Ron told me about oxidation. Today, I was impressed with the service that I had to drag my wife into it from the waiting lobby (haha). I had to make sure that my judgement wasn't too bias on picking clean or some age or oxidized coins. Since I didn't do research on what were the payment methods, I wanted to pay with a credit card to build up cash back but, if it was card, it had to be debit. Ron was great, I'll try to commit visiting monthly here or the one at Fremont for silver and soon gold.

They finally sent me forms in the mail, but they were the wrong forms. Some of the IRAs had account numbers for each fund, some just one account number for all of my funds. I found it too complicated to try to figure out how to fill out the roll over forms. Then I went into the Palo Alto office of Fidelity, where I had my current work 401k. They were more than happy to fill out the forms for me, even though I had walked in without an appointment. I love t heir website format - I can easily get the information I want on my investments. Also, the stock and mutual fund trading is easy to execute on the website. When I have need help on the phone I have always had courteous, prompt and knowledgable service. Their phone reps even give their first and last names - they are not ashamed of the way they do their job. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they have recently been sending me solicitations to give me investment advice on a very small 401k I had with my most recent employer. The 401k had a limited number of pretty undesirable funds to choose from - there was no way Fidelity could have earned 0.5% of the account balance by giving me advice on how to invest that money. Seems like a rip off to me, though a small one, that will sucker a reasonable number of people who are afraid of investing. If they hadn't been sending me those solicitations I would have given them 5 stars.

In the course of securing my accounts, I got some serious exposure to the fraud divisions of multiple financial institutions. I give Fidelity top marks. And I compare them to outfits like Citibank. The only other outfit with competitive security is American Express. I closed the problematic accounts and I kept Fidelity and Amex. But lets discuss the investment. I've had competent investment advisors almost all of them from the Mountain View office. The solutions they proposed were financially sound according to principles of investment theory. I can say this because I had my portfolio reviewed by a friend who is in the financial industry and a very successful investor (no he doesn't take small clients like me). He kindly ran an analysis of his portfolio and mine and concluded mine had significantly lower risk while returns were very reasonably competive with his. How can this be? Well Fidelity is enormous. They can execute financial operations with lower costs because of their size. Their top notch technology don't hurt one bit. Due to my circumstances, Fidelity proposed very conservative investments. However, conservative investments in bonds and such like don't protect you from inflation. To do that you need investment in stocks. But if you are lucky you'll get an experienced advisor who had more tricks up his sleeve that your average advisor. This is a big shout out for John Conception who proposed a solution which solved the need for a stable portion of your portfolio while maintaining an aggressive stock portfolio thus resolving the conflicting needs for my retirement funds. Of course John's proposed solution was vetted by my buddy the financial guy who at this point became very interested in John... Thank you John and Happy New Year. After reading some of the other reviews, there seems to be some confusion about Fidelity. It is an investment firm and not a bank. If you examine some of your "Fidelity" checks, you can see it's actually administered by UMB bank. Fidelity or any other investment firm cannot accept deposits, give you cash from your account or give you bank/cashiers/blank checks because they are legally barred from banking operations due to one or the other of the fiscal scandels in the 2000's which rocked the industry. To deposit checks or get cash, go to any ATM. Fidelity wil reimburse you for the fees. To order checks, alas, use the website. I've never tried asking customer service to send me checks but who knows... it might work. If you need to write a check to someone in a hurry and are caught without your checkbook, there are several electronic transfers of funds, one of these might do the trick. You can use the app to deposit checks as well.

Search for "brokerage account bonus". I moved mine to JP Morgan, Schwab, and Tastytrade and netted far more than the $2000 loss Fidelity caused. Pankit Patel was my financial advisor. He earned a commission of nearly $500 on the transaction that cost me the money. He never once offered this as a gesture of reconciliation, nor did he ever apologize. I went in and met with a broker I felt could have cared less about who I am and what my goals are. I could have transferred more money into an account with them from other accounts I have elsewhere, but their lack of interest in me because I was only starting out investing $60,000 appalled me, and the last thing I wanted to do was give them more money. There are so many companies out there, all extremely interested in telling you how to invest your money, and make a ton of money off you in management fees. I really feel that Fidelity is a company that tends to treat everyone with the same amount of interest, regardless of how much your able to invest.

Three of the offers were $30K over the asking price. I gasped when I saw the amazing house staging Leslie had deftly supervised. I hardly recognized my old home. Leslie kept the work on schedule and at a very reasonable cost, even as we were still moving out. Leslie even personally sewed and installed a lovely shear curtain to cover a closet missing a door. Every detail was perfect, thanks to Leslie. Leslie was wonderfully supportive of our family during the whole process. She sensed when our family was getting stressed, and gently eased us back to calm. Every question potential buyers asked had an answer, since Leslie did thorough background work. This solid preparation and personability put everyone at ease, and I believe maximized our family's profit, while minimizing stretched nerves. However, don't let Leslie wonderfully personable style fool you. Her timing of the sale was amazing, and went forward with military precision. Leslie had all the offers in a spread sheet and projected from a large wall screen within an hour of their coming in. This vastly simplified the comparisons and analysis. Our house sold for $1,000 a square foot, with half a million down in cash. This in January! By contrast, the lovely old house I'm now buying on the beach in San Francisco is going for $300 a square foot. As a single mom, it is a tremendous relief to have all three of my children's college tuition and support coming from the ample proceeds of Leslie's great work. And I am also now able to buy a home by the beach in San Francisco, even on a small government salary! I cannot recommend Leslie Zeisler highly enough. She changed our lives for the better.
