The physical therapist I saw (Dr. Braden) was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional on many occasions. She took very little time in understanding my injuries, and tried to convince me I didn't have a condition I was diagnosed with. At every visit the therapist spends little time with you, usually several minutes asking repetitive questions. The rest of the time is spent on exercise machines with assistants and probably the most time with passive modalities such as heat/ice/stim, all things you can do at home and/or that have little scientific evidence of effectiveness. As the office is mostly an open space, there wasn't much privacy. I saw most other patients had similar experiences. I had problems with multiple joints and the physical therapist only examined one over six sessions. She never tested strength/balance/gait/flexibility or any of the other things physical therapists usually do. As a result the exercises were general and redundant, not at all appropriate given my situation. I have never left a bad review before, and wouldn't for just an unhelpful therapist. What really led me to write this was the questionable business practices and how the physical therapist acted. After a couple visits, she blamed me for not feeling better. I tried to explain to her that what she was doing wasn't working out, but instead of finding alternative ways, she would state certain exercises and modalities were 'supposed' to work. I left every appointment feeling worse than when I came in. A couple weeks in, she insisted that in order for therapy to be effective, I should be seeing her 3-4 times a week. She also wanted to 'progress' my exercises, but stated they would require an expensive yoga ball specifically bought from her office or else the exercises wouldn't work. She also declared that only the tens machine at her office, and not any you could use at home, were 'real'. I don't think I need to tell you lol but both these claims are untrue. At one point I changed insurance plans, and her and another person loudly complained to me in the waiting room (and not in a joking way) about how this insurance didn't compensate them as much. Then uhh just don't take that insurance?? I never made any progress here. I did later make a huge amount of progress with another pt clinic and amazing physical therapists. Maybe if you just sprained your ankle you'll be fine but otherwise avoid this place. There are many other physical therapists out there.

I went in for a second opinion on my right foot for Chronic malalignment of the metatarsal, Ocel took X-rays and he couldn't find anything wrong. Ocel sent me to multiple appointments with different providers NOW I see it was only to increase revenue with out solving or my concerns. After he refused to admit there's a problem I looked at the x-rays 4 weeks later and I found the malalignment of the metatarsal plane as day that needs to be realigned in my foot, I dropped off the first opinion and results form other providers showing what was wrong. Apparently I hurt his feelings because he had the office manager tell me not to come back to Cornerstone, (Ocel isn't Man or Doctor enough to tell me himself) trust me I won't and I strongly recommend you don't go to Cornerstone Orthopedics', They are an Extremely greedy practice. You will see DON'T RETURN TO OUR OFFICE STATMENTS IN MOST OF THE POSTINGS ON THIS SITE. WOW do you all see how many complaints Cornerstone has. Also, Cornerstone and Bruce Webber replaced my knee, I should have read these reviews before I went there in the first place, I have been in agony ever since 2022 and now I need to find an attorney. Because I can't go back for them to fix their F*** up on my knee. I'm going to file a complaint with the state. All of the people with the complaints should do the same and maybe they will shut cornerstone orthopedics down.

I worked with Rylee and Jeff since May, and I truly never dreaded going to physical therapy because they made every session genuinely enjoyable. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. There were several moments during my recovery when I hit bumps in the road and felt like giving up, but their constant encouragement kept me going. I never thought I'd say physical therapy could be "fun," but they kept things interesting by changing up the workouts and tailoring everything to my pace without pushing me too hard. After several months, I can confidently say I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again, and I truly couldn't have done it without them. On top of that, the front office staff and assistants were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless, comforting, and such a positive environment to recover in. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team.

I chose Synapse Physical Therapy in Westminster after hearing multiple recommendations--and I am so glad I did. From day one, I felt cared for. My therapists, Samantha and Riley, worked as a team to design a treatment plan tailored to my recovery. They listened, adjusted as needed, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to their skill and support, my progress was steady and meaningful. What really sets Synapse apart is the atmosphere. Every member of the staff--from the front desk to the assistants--knows your name, greets you warmly, and makes you feel part of the community. The entire team collaborates, offering suggestions and insights to give you the best possible care. Appointments always run on time, and the treatments feel personalized and effective. I understand that doctors have the right to refuse to provide service (based on the insurance). However, sure would have been nice for someone to call and let me know. At a minimum, send me a letter. Instead, after living in excruciating pain for 2-weeks without so much as a call, I phoned to be told that Dr Wagner doesn't accept my insurance. REALLY?! What happened to customer service? Just goes to show that the world continues to go down the drain and doctors are right there too.

The moment I told them I wanted a second opinion elsewhere, they canceled me as a patient as it turns out the new surgeon fix the problem. Bottom line I would never be sitting in this hotel room right now if Brain P Davis did his job, do NOT believe it's World class surgeon services. I'm sharing my experience in the hope it helps others make informed decisions…read more I initially had a positive experience at Boulder Regenerative Orthopedics. The first physician I worked with, Dr. Cummings, recommended starting conservatively with PRP and shockwave therapy. That treatment appeared to be effective--particularly in reducing tightness and scar tissue in my IT band. After that physician left the practice, my care transitioned to the primary doctor/owner, Dr. Mazzola. At that point, I was strongly encouraged to pursue stem cell therapy, which was presented as highly effective--particularly for healing tears and restoring function. Based on those discussions, I moved forward with the procedure, with the understanding that it could significantly improve my condition. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. One year later, after stem cell therapy, following the post-treatment protocol, daily PT, and deep tissue massage, follow-up imaging has shown no improvement, and in some respects, my condition appears to have worsened. In addition, the treatment was very costly and not covered by insurance, making the lack of results especially difficult. I want to be clear that regenerative medicine is a developing field, and outcomes may vary. However, I believe it's important for patients to have a balanced understanding of the limitations, uncertainty, and variability of stem cell treatments, particularly given the financial investment involved. If you are considering this route, I would strongly encourage: Seeking multiple medical opinions Asking for evidence specific to your condition Carefully weighing expected outcomes against cost There may be value in some of the more conservative therapies offered, based on my earlier experience. But I would urge caution and thorough due diligence before proceeding with more advanced and expensive interventions.
