I called Mission Chiropractic and Dr. Fred returned my call immediately. My first appointment he discovered that I had a lot of inflammation in my body, specifically my right side of my body. I was expecting to get "cracked". Instead, Dr. Fred did a series of tinier adjustments using simple painless tools. I have been to him three times now and I feel much better. He and I talked about the longevity in my family but poor health near the end. He and I are starting a plan to help change my outcome from chiropractic adjustments, massage and change in eating habits. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Fred because I feel that I have a professional to help me every step towards better health outcomes.

I have had long…read moreterm alignment issues with my neck, back and hips and I have seen chiropractors for years, but I wanted to explore how advanced massage and trigger point treatments might enhance the benefits of chiropractic care. I was looking around on the internet and came across Mission Chiropractic and, more specifically, Karise Lewin. I called up and scheduled an appointment and she was very helpful and gave me some information to look up on techniques before I came in for the appointment. When It came time for the appointment, Karise, and her husband Fred, were very informative and passionate about the process and techniques they use. Everything was explained to me as they walked me through the process. As we got into the work Karise did, she did a great job hitting trouble spots and releasing tight and knotted muscles, all while being extremely friendly and making the experience enjoyable. She's definitely not out to make It "hurt good" or cause you any discomfort. Once we were done I felt great! Some of the issues I've been having were gone or drastically reduced to a point I could barely notice. As of now I still feel great and I definitely plan on coming back in soon to try see how much better I can feel after more work. I'm also interested in some of the other services Mission provides. Do yourselves a favor and go in to see Karise and Fred if you are experiencing pain, you won't be disappointed and they are really nice people!

I was also shown a "treatment plan" of 24 sessions and given the option to pay up front. I have insurance so he was asking me to pay copays for visits I had not yet had. Do not do this! Copays are to be paid on a date of service. The entire thing felt like fraud. I'm sure these are kind people. But I'm not sure what this guy is actually qualified to do. It did not feel like anything worthy of insurance coverage for medical care.

As I have come to learn, if something doesn't feel great, IT'S NOT NORMAL. Dammit I feel good. You should too. If you don't, give these two a call.
