Daily spam calls. Ignores do not call lists. Blocked and still calls different numbers with fake…read morenames. Google " Coastal Debt Resolve "Calls" " and you will find tons and tons of complaints about this company. The response is always the generic "No we dont", "We dont have any records of calling your number", or "we have updated our system and placed you on the do not call list". But yet, "Coastal Debt Resolve" is calling multiple times the very next day. Day after day. Hour after hour. I dont even have any debt! They just look for public information about small businesses/LLC's and think harassing people will earn them business. The amount of generic 5 star reviews everywhere, which just so happens to drown out the recent 50+ negative reviews, is suspicious to say the least. Its a scam of a company that uses pressure/harassment tactics to take your money. Look at the countless negative reviews! Not just the most recent generic 5 out of 5 stars! Most of them are about calls, but the others are about people getting scammed out of their money! Those suddenly get buried like they happened to have a surge in positive reviews. People are losing not only money, but are forced to close their businesses because of this absolute theiving scam.

Even either the supervisor or manager I spoke to made mistakes for bank basic question issues. I spent endless hours on the phone. Yes they provided me with compensation but I was not looking for that kind of response. My time is valuable and I deserve to receive accurate information. The branch located downtown Fort Lauderdale provided me with the wrong wire #. I requested the international one and I got the domestic one. I did not get the funds on time even if the transaction was free. I was there in person in order to avoid any issues but it did not help. Staff are not well and longer trained to service the customers. I won't recommend that bank to my best friends.
