As a result, I couldn't file my company's taxes, Cox Marketing Agency, on time or correctly. Jane had to go back an entire year to sort out the mess so I could file. She also recommended a wonderful tax professional who was able to extend our taxes without penalties. Jane completed the books with complete transparency, which made a huge difference. As a business owner, it's crucial to see your numbers clearly, and Jane made that possible. Bookkeeping is such an important part of a business, big or small! I was surprised to learn that it is not only a vital aspect but priced perfectly to fit within our business budget. I know a lot of business owners who don't have a bookkeeper because of the costs, but it is nothing compared to the peace of mind you have month to month and year over year. Jane set me up on QuickBooks and provided guidance and training to help me see trends. We speak at least once a month to review our monthly statements and analyze trends. Jane always points out anything that is on track or off, which is one of the amazing benefits of working with her! She provides guidance along with our tax consultants on important deadlines, such as annual filings, business tax due dates, setting up payroll, tax deductions, and even collaborating with our tax professionals for significant company purchases. I run almost every big charge through her just to ensure we, as a company, stay compliant and under all the proper rules. If I have any questions, she is more than happy to jump on a call with me. Thanks to Jane, I now have peace of mind about my financials. This is my third year with her, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Without any reservations, I highly recommend her!

But with an ever-expanding to-do list and a great fear of missing another filing deadline, I sent up a last minute plea for help and like Batman, Craig came to my rescue! The other Yelp reviews were right. Craig was so helpful. He didn't berate me for getting caught in the filing deadline crunch, but instead he put me at ease and quickly outlined an action plan. Thanks again Craig for your professionalism, clear communications and hard work. Looking forward to using your services again next tax season, only earlier--I promise!
