Zehl & Associates…read more To say this law firm is extraordinary would be an understatement. Undergoing the process of a lawsuit was already unfamiliar but doing it with a lawyer who you don't know was a bit scary. Zehl & Associates went over and beyond to help me understand what was happening and what I should do. They asked permission before making any decisions on my behalf and that meant a lot to me. Rarely do circumstances end up being "fair" in this unfair world but in my case, Zehl & Associates fought for what was fair and won on my behalf. I'll be forever grateful. Thank you.

New location, same awesome service…read more We've been using copydotcom for years and they have always been great. Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

I wish I could give a corner of a star or no star at all…read more I truly regret ever doing business with this Comcast/Xfinity Business location. What should have been a simple service turned into months of stress, conflicting information, unexpected charges, and eventually a collection issue. Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend working with Amadou Ba. I trusted what I was told before signing up, and unfortunately, what I experienced afterward did not match what was promised. Business owners, please get EVERYTHING in writing before signing anything here. And a special "thank you" to Lorinda Resendez, the manager, for all the help I NEVER received despite my repeated attempts to get this situation resolved. I wish someone had warned me beforehand, so I'm warning the next business owner: please proceed with caution.

Came here to say that this service was fine, despite the other reviews. My bag arrived at my house,…read moreundamaged, undisturbed, and without any missing contents. My bag was delayed 18 hours despite a long connection with AA in DFW. Baggage agent at arrival airport told me that the delivery service would pick up the bag in the evening and deliver in the evening or the next morning. Then I came on here and read the horror stories and started to panic. Minus one star because of confusing and conflicting info. Wheresmysuitcase said a signature was required and that the delivery time was 2:45 am. But they also said residential deliveries scheduled for after 11pm would be delivered the next morning. My bag was dropped outside of my door, at 1am (according to their email), with no signature requested. This is not what I think of as "the next morning." Thankfully, I live in a relatively low crime area, but I would have been furious if I still lived in a big city.

ZERO stars. I…read morerarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Where Is My Suitcase was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue wasn't even the delayed delivery--it was the lack of communication and inconsistent information. I was originally scheduled to receive my luggage yesterday, but I rescheduled the delivery for this morning. Despite that, the driver still attempted delivery yesterday, making the rescheduled delivery impossible. This morning I called and was given a delivery time that never happened. When I called back, I was then told it would be another six hours before I could expect my luggage. At no point did anyone seem to have accurate information or communicate proactively about the delays. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but customers deserve honest, timely communication. Being told one thing only to find out something completely different hours later is frustrating--especially when you're waiting on your personal belongings. I honestly don't understand why airlines continue to use this company. Based on my experience, the service is unreliable, communication is poor, and the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired.
