After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

Did not show up and would not answer or return calls. Finally texted me at 12:30 to say U Haul overbooked them. This initiated numerous return calls to me that were harassing and claiming they wanted to make it right. They could have done so by only reimbursing the cost of the truck I rented.
