I came…read morein on May 14th to have my rook jewelry changed, and they charged me $89 for a single piece of jewelry. I was shocked when just two days later (May 16th) the jewelry broke. I went back that same day, and instead of replacing it or acknowledging the issue, I was charged another $11 for a second piece. Now it's July 30th, and the second piece has also broken -- less than three months later. I've now spent $100 on two pieces of jewelry that both broke in a ridiculously short period of time. I've had this piercing for years -- the original jewelry I got when I first had it done in New Jersey lasted over six years without a single issue. So I know how rook jewelry should hold up. This makes me seriously question the quality of the materials they're using, especially considering the price. Not once was I offered a refund, store credit, or even an apology -- just an upsell for more low-quality jewelry. I expected way better from a professional shop, and now I feel completely ripped off. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliable, long-lasting jewelry or decent customer service.
