She didn't even begin drawing until 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The first design she showed me was the number "777" instead of "772." Keep in mind I had booked and been communicating with pictures and descriptions for 11 days prior to my appointment. This was an immediate red flag and showed a lack of attention to detail and care for her customers. Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude when trying to clarify what I want. She literally said "Okay what are you talking about" when trying I was trying to clarify. I ended up walking out. Lost out on a $20 deposit but at least no more of my money will go into her pocket.

I went back that same day, and instead of replacing it or acknowledging the issue, I was charged another $11 for a second piece. Now it's July 30th, and the second piece has also broken -- less than three months later. I've now spent $100 on two pieces of jewelry that both broke in a ridiculously short period of time. I've had this piercing for years -- the original jewelry I got when I first had it done in New Jersey lasted over six years without a single issue. So I know how rook jewelry should hold up. This makes me seriously question the quality of the materials they're using, especially considering the price. Not once was I offered a refund, store credit, or even an apology -- just an upsell for more low-quality jewelry. I expected way better from a professional shop, and now I feel completely ripped off. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliable, long-lasting jewelry or decent customer service.
