As someone who was getting their first tattoo, I was a little nervous, but the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. What really impressed me was their specialization in anime tattoos. As a huge anime fan, I was thrilled to see so many examples of their work on display, and I knew right away that I was in good hands. The artist I worked with was incredibly talented and listened carefully to what I wanted, offering suggestions and ideas to make my tattoo even better. The studio itself was clean, well-lit, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and professional, and I felt like I was in a place where they really cared about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. The actual tattoo process was painless and surprisingly quick - I was in and out in no time, with a stunning piece of artwork on my skin that I will cherish forever. Artists are great, but we won't be back. owner of the store confused appointment numbers and seemed lost within his customers. friendly staff, friendly people, just unprofessional and messy. they also wanted to charge us about $300 for the small tattoo. i'm all for artists charging for their work, especially when it's of beautiful quality! however, we got the same tattoo, down the street, beautiful quality, for $200.... pricing aside, cause i know that varies, it was just an unprofessional experience.

Like ok tattoo artists are supposed to be prepared. This session is now taking longer than it should. 2 days later my tattoo got infected so I had to reschedule and gave them another deposit of $100. Then I had to reschedule again and gave Chris another $100. Then I missed my appointment by 1 day because I was just finishing up my bathroom remodel so I completely forgot about my appointment. Chris calls me the next day and tells me that the owners decided to keep my money instead of having some compassion. Their thieves and the shop is dirty.

Sooo I had my ear pierced a year ago September. I went back…read morein April to have the earring resized however they would not put a shorter post in because it was still swollen. I finally was able to go to their new location to have a new post put in! It cost me $10 for the post and $10 dollars to have her put it in in under 30 seconds. $20 seems a bit steep for something I had done originally at the same business and was told it would be $10 previously. A nice addition was the numbers for the new post were printed on my receipt so I am able to buy my own earring from the large selection on the internet :)) The young lady who has the piercing duties fell flat. Three stars for high pricing that I imagine helps pay for the new space which was much nicer than the previous one :) You can trust me, I need more cow bell ;D
