The biggest difference you will notice is there is one single chair as you are the only client and the whole shop is catered to you while there. It's so much more personal than the tattoo "factory" feel you get from a shop with multiple chairs and artists. Getting a tattoo is one of the most personal things you can do and the environment here shows that Angelo knows that and has taken that into account when creating the Dark Lab. From the televisions mounted over the chair where you can watch whatever you like to the studio quality headphones if you want to listen to your own music and be in your own world while he creates a permanent work of art for you. I can't forget to me til the complimentary snack bar and the tattoo caddy to hold all of your things while he works. None of this would matter if Angelo wasn't a world class artist doing world class tattoo work. On a scale of one to ten, Dark Lab is a twelve.

First time but not last…read more Write me a great review for a tattoo shop, make sure to say that it was my first time and that it was a great experience, and a big plus that they specialized in anime tattoos I had an absolutely amazing experience at this tattoo shop! As someone who was getting their first tattoo, I was a little nervous, but the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. What really impressed me was their specialization in anime tattoos. As a huge anime fan, I was thrilled to see so many examples of their work on display, and I knew right away that I was in good hands. The artist I worked with was incredibly talented and listened carefully to what I wanted, offering suggestions and ideas to make my tattoo even better. The studio itself was clean, well-lit, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and professional, and I felt like I was in a place where they really cared about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. The actual tattoo process was painless and surprisingly quick - I was in and out in no time, with a stunning piece of artwork on my skin that I will cherish forever. The artist took the time to explain the aftercare process thoroughly, and I felt confident that I knew exactly how to take care of my new tattoo. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this tattoo shop. From the excellent customer service to the incredible quality of their work, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience, especially if you're an anime fan like me!

Artists are great, but we won't be back. owner of the store confused appointment numbers and seemed lost within his customers. friendly staff, friendly people, just unprofessional and messy. they also wanted to charge us about $300 for the small tattoo. i'm all for artists charging for their work, especially when it's of beautiful quality! however, we got the same tattoo, down the street, beautiful quality, for $200.... pricing aside, cause i know that varies, it was just an unprofessional experience.
