The pricing board says $35 for basic pedicure and they charged me $40 and my manicure with NO color was $25. My toes were very sloppy and lumpy. The lady (Viet) doing my nails was very aggressive while using the tools (which were clearly NOT sterilized as someone who works in the medical field and can tell when an instrument is filthy) and did not say a word the entire time. She also cut my toe which was bleeding pretty good and just put a solution to try to stop which did not help. She tried to cut a string off of my pants and I had to tell her to leave it alone. Very poor customer service and service in general at this place. I have not even left yet and would NOT RECOMMEND! Very disappointed.... read more

I asked for the $40 pedicure and I even brought my own nail polish and they charged me $50 and I have to go home and polish my nails. They look terrible. She literally just polished the tip of them and when I said something about it I just got Blue off. Do not recommend and I hate being like that, but I pay for a service that I should get and not have to go home and do it myself. read more

So I got my nails done for my WEDDING. I requested a French tip and the lady was insisting on giving me this ombré. Honestly I'm really socially anxious and I was like okay sure I'll try it. She said she would only do it on one nail and ended up doing all before I could say it was okay or not. Anyway it was both of our faults because I didn't speak up. It's only been a week and on my wedding day my nails were already ready to pop off. They are receding so bad and the lady didn't stay in the lines of my nails at all. Mind you I left and realized I had a really deep cut because of the service. I got a pedicure and got the basic. Usually all nail places the basic is a massage and honestly it's always worth it. I would've rather painted my toes at home for the service I was given. All she did was put lotion on my feet and legs and a small amount of scrubbing on the bottom of my feet. My feet barely got to the point of feeling ticklish because it was so fast. I waited there longer than the nail service took. The people seemed nice but the service I paid for was absolutely horrible. I didn't get what I asked for and felt forced to do something else for my own wedding. I honestly would rather do my own nails at home. DO NOT GO THERE. Your nails will fall apart in LESS than a week and have horrible quality. I recommend Lisa nails in co springs area, I haven't been there in a while but they have been good to me even though they are pricey. I live in Denver and was visiting my mom so it's not easy for me to be able to get them fixed or anything. I'm busy and live very far. I went there two weeks ago I didn't want to write a negative review but it's the truth . First of I'm new in town so I came here because it's the closest to my house apparently all the others waiting with me were there for the same reasons . I made an appointment in advance I saw the bad reviews and didn't let them sway me away I like to have my own experience. Lydia the hostess I call her said "hello take a number someone will be right with you !" She was very rushy and sounded flustered like a hostess at a restaurant or should I say fast food restaurant. I waited 15-20 min I don't mind waiting I always bring my books wherever I go . Finally she says it's my turn I get to meet my nail tech since she didn't say hello first I went ahead and said "hi I'm Lucy it's my first pedi mani in Colorado Springs so nice to meet you " she said "ok what color you want ?" I said just choose a nice pink for me . I said may I get a look at the pedicure types . She quickly gave me the book I said well I guess I'll do the 50 dollar one since it has a longer massage . She said I kid you not "massage is $1 a minute !" I said okay so does this $50 one not include massage ? She said "it include lotion for you !" I said okay do the pedi and I'll pay $15 for extra massage . Okay here's the thing the basic pedicure starts at 35 typically not only here but Eve I've gone . And you would think with a $50 pedi it would be relaxing and they would take at least 40 minutes nope !!! She took 45 min to do my toes and nails . When she did my pedi she rushed the entire thing . It wasn't just her the rest of the ladies working next to her were hella fast like a fast food restaurant . I was upset I kindly just asked her name she said her name is Song like a song . I said nice to meet you . There was an older woman doing someone's toes three people to my left and she fell off the rolling chair and hit her head on a table behind her . I was so concerned so were the other patrons but some girl came to check on her I asked song who she was she said the manager. This manager rubbed the old woman's head and said something and the old woman went back to work she looked disoriented. I told Song omg they should let her go home she's hurt . Song said "she hurt more without money honey " I didn't talk to Song much after this the entire time I was concerned the senior lady would faint . What kind of business lets their employees fall and hit their head and immediately puts them back to work ??? This is a bad practice shame on this place . I knew I wasn't coming back it was not a great experience at that point . Song rubbed lotion on each foot for 30 seconds then she quickly painted my toes and told me to go sit in her station . I did as told I wanted to leave so bad at that point she didn't even remember I asked for 15 min massage . I didn't care at that point I wanted out . She did the quickest mani and then asked me ""what you want ?" I said excuse me . She said "what you want for your nails ?" I said nothing thank you I'm all set I even gave her a $20 because I think they have trained her and the others to work so fast and get the next person in like a restaurant . You take a number like you do at the grocery deli . It's ridiculous. Bad practice I will not be spending my time or money here and I suggest anyone who is new like me in town and has the same idea as me because it's the closest to you you will go . Don't ! I spoke to one of their regulars outside who told me she was also done with them . She told me what they did to her that day which is her business to put here if she wants but her experience wasn't any better . She told me there's another salon that would be a little drive compared to them but they have great customer service and appreciate their employees . I'm sure the manager will say why didn't I say anything then well I tried there was a young man upfront and he was so busy minded too I just left . Lydia if you are the manager do better ! You are acting like a hostess at a busy Vegas restaurant! Let me tell you I come from hospitality and you don't not do things this way. You need to wake up you have 2.5 starts on yelp there is a reason for that . I sure hope your employees get treated better the only employee I saw taking her time there was weirdly enough Songs beautiful daughter . She was super friendly with her customer took her time was giggling and talking with the customer . That's how all your employees should be acting and shame on your practices concerning employees hurting themselves at work and just rubbing their pain like I do for my 3 year old when he gets hurt . That's so wrong !! That lady was disoriented the entire time after you guys put her back to work !!! Please do better you obviously have an issue here whoever the owner is needs to be aware (hope it wasn't thel Lady rubbing the senior ladies head after hitting it on a chair or you're doomed ) I will follow up with an email to better business bureau as well read more

The worst nail salon ever!! For my bday I went there at 5:30 and specifically told them I have pedi and gel x removal plus new set and design. They told me bok and did my pedi which was ok and for their deluxe package they gave 3 min massage .. Afterwards they try to remove the gel x which wasn't properly done and told me their nail designer left the store so I have to come back tomorrow!!! So they waisted my time and ruined my day. I asked for design and they let me leave like this because their designers left... so they lie to let you stay or they need better management, they could have said we are busy or we don't have time for design etc. Extremely disappointed! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS! THERE NOT WRONG!!! On Friday the 7th me and my daughter came in and got our nail and she got pedicure as well. My daughter lives in Denver she got married on February 14th in Denver but the 24th her nails were almost coming off and they where do badly done! Mine were badly done as well. Called and talked to someone that answer the phone explaining the issue that my daughter just got married yesterday and will be gone on her honeymoon and won't be back to fix them. She explained that they have a mo refund policy and I asked if she can get them redone at a different time or any compensation for the troubles she said nope! I have only a video the picture our screenshots of the video... It's so sad that the markup on the price of nails vs the actually price of that it takes to do them is crazy and they can help for the inconvenience of the importance of there services and that it can make it brake a situation and they can't show any empathy by giving me a discount or redoing the nails I'm not asking for a refund very sad because of this I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know not to visit! The pictures she show lifting receiving after a week and cracking on the sides Update on review 03/21/25 On several occasions I had called back was told to call and talk to Lydia talked to Lydia when I finally reached to her after multiple calls either she was busy or at lunch or something or another. Said I'm calling in response Her reply to my review! And as the review stated Lydia please give us a call and we can work something out that is a lie and misleading. They make those statement thinking that we don't see if they fixed the problem or not. Soooo it some what looks like there doing there part but they are not. I again state that my daughter is getting married her nails were done for her wedding she's going on her honeymoon she doesn't live in Colorado Springs to refresh her memory. She said yeah if you would've came back within 3 days we would have fixed the problem??????? She was just like oh I can't help you out... What!!!! That was her solution to the problem!! read more

Went here with my friend as a Christmas gift. We both decided on mani/pedis. We started with manicures and picked colors. My Nail tech was extremely rough, didn't seem to want to do my nails and never asked a single question about what type I wanted. Fast forward to the pedicure, as she's cutting the cuticles I pull back and say ow in pain. She said oh it's an ingrown nail you'll be fine. She was visible agitated that I didn't want the upgrade (I have allergies and didn't want a reaction). So she got me put as quick as possible. My gel nails were uneven in paint and one peeled the next day. When I reported this the response was well you should have told us when it occurred, after explaining I had the response was sorry we can't do anything. I will never go back and recommend everyone avoid this place read more

I stopped in simply because I wanted to check it out, Boy was that a mistake I asked for a Pedi and a Mani the person doing my Pedi was very rude and gave me three cuts this was three weeks ago and I'm still hurting, she also used a battery powered stone grinder on my heels and cut way too deep I'm not healed from that either the same person also did my Mani she brought a board out put it on my lap and just started clipping away her tools were very dull and put all of the nail residue on my clothes, I will never go back I will go to my regular Salon from now on. read more

I had the deluxe pedicure and manicure for $80. All the services had been rushed and honestly not very good. The tech did not let my feet soak at all. The towels on my legs did not even have a chance to get cold. The hot stones had been warm at best and put under my feet instead of a massage? It was completely rushed like she was making checks on a box. The manicure was also super rushed. I was given lotion to put on my hands and arms? The gel polish is chipping three days out because she put it on my skin also. read more

1st time customer, scheduled an appointment, phone call was smooth. Next day I show up to my appointment and it took about 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I got seated for a pedicure and waited another 10 minutes for my technician. All technicians appeared to be very busy, hence the wait. My technician was very nice and even showed me some colors that were not on the wall (without me asking). As she began the pedicure, I noticed she cut my nails very short and was a bit rough. The pedi itself was kind of quick but not uncommon for fast paced nail salons. I will definitely come back, just have to ask that my nails not be trimmed so short because they hurt. read more

Sometimes you make an appointment and boom you're in and out in an hour, other times you wait around for 45 minutes past your appointment time and have to leave because you didn't expect a simple fill to take 2+ hours. Theyre convenient because they're close for me and the place looks nice, but I'd rather drive the 30 minutes to a better salon. Nail shape was great, and he took his time making the acrylic smooth, but charging $20 on top of the fill cost to do this to my nails?? Yikes. If i could give zero i would. The older lady that did my nails it was like her first day on the job. Pedicure was mediocre lady filed my nails crocked even though i came in with them square. Wanted a manicure lady literally dipped my hands in plain water with some fish tank stones. Then she could file or even clip nail lady had 3 of my cuticles bleeding. Not to mention she didnt even smooth out my nail beds. Horrible horrible experience i paid and left because I know I will never be back. Called as i was looking for a place to do three pedicures, an acrylic fill and a full set of gel x. So I am very well aware not many people/places do these yet so I made sure to specify ask and was told yes for all services. We checked in and again I said I needed gel x and was told ok. I sat down for my pedicure and told the lady taking care of me what I wanted and she said ok. I finished my pedicure and told her again what I needed and she said ok and started removing my old gel x nails. I didn't get told until she removed my nails that they did not have the time to do my gel X. So now I had no nails and ended up just getting them painted. If I would've known they weren't going to do my gel X I would've never had them remove my other ones. Manager even refused to speak to me. So disappointed I will never return even though this place is only 5 minutes from home. read more

Worst service in the area The manicurist cut me and was way too rough (looks like i'm not the only one on here). I got a simple pedi and they charged me $60. Last time they will ever get my business. They definitely have some unfair treatment going on if you ain't their regular good luck on feeling comfortable. If you are looking for a basic pedicure don't go here. My wife and I asked for a basic pedi and we were told that they don't offer one when it's on their website and they pricing board in the front. I went the first day on my anniversary to get my nails done. The lady that did them was nice, but she did not do them right. I walked out unsatisfied after I had asked her many times to fix the issues. She took over three hours!! The last minute she was wiping my hands and she rubbed against a nail and made it crease. At that point, I just asked her if I could pay. I had gotten a pedicure with gel polish and just a regular acrylic set. They charged me 110 dollars!! The prices did not match and when I asked they pushed away my concerns with a "prices changed" Because this is the salon closest to me, I decided I would go back four days later for a nail color change, thinking it couldn't be that hard. And maybe they could fix the issues. I walked in and got the same women. She changed the color. But put four coats on my fingers and they looked clumpy and disfigured. The tops were too wide, and the middles had a big hump in them where they hadn't been shaved down. I went in finally for a nail removal and here I sit. Still waiting after two hours in the front of the store. Every nail salon within fifteen miles is now closed, as well as this one. Or I would walk out. No one has checked on me since I entered. This is absolutely the worst service I have walked into ". I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

When I first moved to Fountain I came here all the time. Services were always great, quality wonderful. Something has happened in the last year. I decided to give them another chance from being overcharged in November. When I called them in November to explain what I was charged for, manager/owner informed me it was $50 too much for the services I was given. They never called me back after trying to find the receipt. Today I go in and wait about an hour for my pedicure. I barely had a massage when I paid for an upgraded service. I had paint on my skin, clear coat on my skin. When I called I asked to be refunded, they informed me this is something they don't do. They invited me back in to fix the issue. At this point I'm already embarrassed. When I come back the previous tech who did my nails informed me my nails were to short. She kept repeating this over, and over again. I finally had enough, I got up and left. They were going to refund my card for the extra I paid for gel. However, I'd have to be "refunded" and charged again. I left without a refund. read more

Edit: BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE BEING CHARGED FOR. I wrote and posted this review while my nails were drying and before I cashed out. I told the nail tech that I wanted the basic pedicure. When I cashed out, I was charged a higher price than the basic pedicure and when I asked why I was told because I got a "Feel Good Pedicure". I told the cashier that I didn't even know what that was and that I had asked for a basic pedicure. She asked me a serious of questions, like did I get a salt scrub, etc. The answer to all of them was "No." My price was changed to the basic pedicure price. I can only assume that my nail tech had lied about the service I received to get more money. The first time I came here was a couple of years ago, and I had a pricing/service issue, then, as well. I had decided to give it a second chance a couple of months ago for a manicure, and that went really well. My nail tech was super nice and she did a great job. I thought maybe something had changed, but after this experience, I won't be returning. *****Just be aware that you are paying for what you get**** Initial review: Nails are okay. My technician was watching tv while doing my toes. She did not spend, really, any time on the skin upkeep, like the tool that gets dead skin off of your feet, or the other ones (I don't know what they are called). I've been here three times and twice they have been mid. Due to this, I don't come here too often. It's just the commute to the one I love is long. Don't recommend. read more
