I was traveling for work and not only did the gel crack after a few days, my nails started to split. I lost two nails and, instead of apologizing, she just told me to stick to the acrylic. While I did get a gel pedicure as well, $200 and 4 hours later was not worth it. I can't comment on her skills with acrylic, but I feel as if I were one of her tests for her gel manicure service.

The lady (Viet) doing my nails was very aggressive while using the tools (which were clearly NOT sterilized as someone who works in the medical field and can tell when an instrument is filthy) and did not say a word the entire time. She also cut my toe which was bleeding pretty good and just put a solution to try to stop which did not help. She tried to cut a string off of my pants and I had to tell her to leave it alone. Very poor customer service and service in general at this place. I have not even left yet and would NOT RECOMMEND! Very disappointed....

HELLO!??? i said i need my refund i have nothing on my nails and they were terrible. he looked at me and says "you said there were fine that you were okay when you left" i think he forgot that i had came back that same day and showed him exactly what i asked for and he told me come back? and i told him no i came that morning at 9 when he told me and yall didn't take me?? so no i wanted my refund since i got them removed and he seemed to be irritated with my and upset because im asking for MY MONEY back after they did a shit job? yeah okay. anyways don't come here nails salons nowadays don't give a crap about people's inspirations or what they ask for. barely have the supplies too. you get what you get and they want you to accept it and pay over 100's of dollars for bare minimum. i go to a personal nail tech who does 10000% BETTER and charges me less than 75 for what i asked for at the nail salons. they are a joke. don't. come. here. !!!!
