Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. The house felt fresh and truly clean. Needless to say, I was very impressed and have already decided to start using them monthly. Thank you, Glenda and team, for such a wonderful job!

They moved furniture to clean underneath, cleaned out my toaster oven (because who ever had time to do that!), and went above and beyond. They found laundry hidden by my toddler (all those missing socks) all over my house. My floors have never looked better. Not only do they do a wonderful job cleaning, but they are also very professional and friendly. They talk to my toddler and don't seem bothered that he tries to show them all his toys. I feel very comfortable having them in my home (with or without us home) and around my children. They even brought Christmas presents for my two children! I am very pleased and impressed with this cleaning company and would highly recommend them to others. We hired them to clean our house every other week and never regretted it!

Absolutely no quality control because there was a supervisor within the people she dropped off. I paid an additional fee for a service that I did not get. Even though they came back to complete the service had there been quality control it would have saved me a call, time and a whole lot of aggravation! The owner chalked it up to a mistake.... I can understand a mistake but it could've been caught without the need for a follow up visit. Even when she came back to clean she left without asking if the job was completed to my satisfaction just said goodbye and left. Not to be overlooked is the fact that she left parts of the refrigerator in the sink.... To me quality and trust is worth more than apologies.

I called to indicate I would like to set up service again. Days later they called to tell me that instead Of the rate I had been paying, they were charging more. I'm retired and I don't get a 30% increase in my monthly income. The work is mediocre at best. I can't count the number of times they knocked the shower door off the rail. While I have a lot of clutter, I don't expect them to move everything. But there were too many times when the end tables or night stands were not even dusted. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.
