I was referred to Vjay by my sister who he had successfully landed a job with his interview coaching assistance. I have also been referring him to some of my colleagues whose college graduated kids are looking for assistance. I used him for editing my resume and cover letter along with interview coaching. Although I am applying for county job positions whose application, Written & oral exams specific for the job Vjay cannot help me with, he was able to help me with doing a few mock interviews and the generic questions I was provided with my oral exam. This really helped build my confidence and some of the generic question did end up being on the oral exams so it really helped to know I passed a few questions for sure as I was well prepared with the answers. I agree with the other five star reviews. There are so many for a good reason. Vijay offers a high value service for a very reasonable price. I had two interviewing coaching sessions with him and they were invaluable. He's got a lot of insights to zero in on your individual strengths - and also weaknesses - and provide great advice to bring the former to the fore and the latter to be eliminated or not brought up. He also helps you to let your passion and pride shine through. Of course, you've got to be the one doing this yourself when you're in an interview, but he provides you with the advice and coaching to help you do this. All in a very approachable way. His people skills are evident. And he's got a great educational background: undergrad from University of Chicago, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a top ten business school. I reached out to Interview SOS on a Friday after being invited to interview for a job that I really, really wanted to land (working as an attorney for a state government agency). The interview was scheduled for Monday at noon, so I didn't know if I would hear back from Joseph in time. However, Joseph responded back almost immediately and cleared out a large portion of his Sunday night in order to help me prepare. I ultimately landed the job, and I honestly believe that Joseph's coaching made a huge difference. If you are applying to medical school, Vijay will really help you out a lot. He will prepare you for the exact questions that they will ask, and he will offer great suggestions on how to sell yourself as a viable candidate.
