The property manager…read moreKanitra gives nothing but excuses and says the district manager Savannah Chamberland will call you but she never does. My rent was increased twice in the 11 months I was there. I was charged taxes for 2 months (which is illegal for storage companies to charged) and they have not refunded my credit card. They gave me a credit to my account with them for one of the months they charged me taxes, which does me no good due to I have moved out and no longer owe them monthly payments. I have called well over 15 times since August 2021 speaking with Kanitra of course receiving promises that it will be taken care of, and it NEVER has. The property gate did not work for over 6 months leaving the property unsecure from people who can just drive onto the property without using a key code. The parking lot for RV parking is full of pot holes and standing water. A lot of their units have broken doors that are just hanging and dangerous and the fire extinguisher box beside my unit was empty without an extinguisher being present. This property is not maintained well at all. I am always told the DM Savannah has many other properties to take care of so it takes her awhile to get back to you. I have been expecting to talk to the DM since August of 2021 and have not once spoke to them. After my efforts in over 15 phone calls and walking into their business over 4 times to get my issues resolved proves they do not care about their clients. They just hope if they ignore issues they will go away. Clients BEWARE!!!!

I could NEVER reach anyone in the local office and had to constantly contact the corporate office to have issues resolved. On the rare occasion that I did have to drive to the office, I usually had to wait, on 2 separate occasions almost an hour, even though the open sign was on, for someone to open the door, and then treated as if I were inconveniencing them and on one occasion, their pot smoking. As if no one wouldn't be able to smell it. I was with the company when it was Cube Smart and during the time I had my unit, the company changed hands two more times. Due to the 3 price increases in the last 10 months, I decided to take my storage business elsewhere. I know that the employees there don't care, but I know the gentleman at our new storage company, does! Oh by the way, I moved out of my unit on the 4th of the month, cleaned it (photos attached) and the lien you attached to it today, October the 6th, is absolutely hilarious. Had the employees done their property walk through on the 5th, as they do at other storage facilities, they would have noticed that our lock was removed and the unit had been emptied. Maybe you should try doing your job!
