I am only giving them one star so I can post my review. Absolutely THE WORST storage company in…read morebusiness. I could NEVER reach anyone in the local office and had to constantly contact the corporate office to have issues resolved. On the rare occasion that I did have to drive to the office, I usually had to wait, on 2 separate occasions almost an hour, even though the open sign was on, for someone to open the door, and then treated as if I were inconveniencing them and on one occasion, their pot smoking. As if no one wouldn't be able to smell it. I was with the company when it was Cube Smart and during the time I had my unit, the company changed hands two more times. Due to the 3 price increases in the last 10 months, I decided to take my storage business elsewhere. I know that the employees there don't care, but I know the gentleman at our new storage company, does! Oh by the way, I moved out of my unit on the 4th of the month, cleaned it (photos attached) and the lien you attached to it today, October the 6th, is absolutely hilarious. Had the employees done their property walk through on the 5th, as they do at other storage facilities, they would have noticed that our lock was removed and the unit had been emptied. Maybe you should try doing your job!
